- Our expectations: exceeded at every turn. We fell more in love w/ Manc and will only stay at Castlefield now that we have found this gem. Hotel employee were especially helpful, friendly and made our stay in an unfamiliar city simple to navigate.

- Nothing, except that we were not able to stay longer.
- I accidentally left a white shirt behind,phoned up a few hours later after I noticed I'd left it behind,and they couldn't find it!I know I left it on a hanger in the room,then conveniently,it disappeared,not happy.hotel said there was nothing they can do.
