- I booked based on the valet parking option but when I arrived they had no space. Parking was a nightmare and added close to two hours to my check-in. The room service was also lacking.
- The cost to park a car was exorbitant.
- We are check in late and that day we wear something comfortable not formal wear and the staff attitude is very bad and make us feel that we gonna own him money and we have been waiting in front of desk for at least 15 minute and no one speak to us at all
