This hotel is located in the corner of Princess Street and Charles Street, within Manchester’s lively center. Piccadilly and Oxford Road Stations are within a 10-minute walk away. - Great location, near two train stations which we used often. Terrific breakfast offering, with great variety. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
- TV didn't work in my room; tech guy showed up in 5 mins, couldn't resolve problem, moved me to room next door. Apologies, no fuss

Cons -
- Hotel lobby was being remodeled, but that was just unfortunate timing. So, too, though was the exterior work on the building. The noise during the day was intense, forcing us to request a room change, which the staff gladly agreed to accommodate us.
