- The service was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect distance from the University.
- Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent location!
- Location! We were close to the conference venue at the University, the restaurants and pubs were nearby with lots of choices.
Cons -
- Stairs¿ but it¿s manageable
- 53 steps before you even reach the reception area!!! People should be warned. One shower I had was icy cold. After telling staff that our missing suitcase would be delivered, they rejected it since they couldn't find person's name. Info not shared!
- The shower was cramped and small. The waste water pump system was LOUD! The hose for the shower head was covered with some kind of slimy dirty stuff.
