- The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived, no staff are available in evening or in the morning so we had to wait a full day before we could speak with someone to fix it. Then it took them 2 hours of telling us they'd be right up before they came.
- We reported that the TV was not connected to an antenna within an hour of checking in, and five days later it had not been addressed. The advertised guest lounge was not available.
