The hotel is clean both in and out.

I needed somewhere to sleep

It was freezing cold, no working heater. The door didn’t shut properly so felt the cold coming straight in.

The price was good and the friendly staff helped when they were needed. You get what you pay for, but I would probably stay again at this price.

The bed was not the most comfortable. Parking you had to pay for. Some of the lights in the room felt quite industrial.

Friendly check in; comfortable bed; warm room; great bath; quiet.

Tv remote wasn't working properly.

It was great value for money. The bus ride to the city centre was very cheap and the bus stop is 2 mins away Staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The room was very warm and comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities always great.

The location for the city centre was a bit too far for us. The taxi was around 20mins and more expensive than the bus. But the bus even though cheaper took around 45 mins.

Worst quaility hotel room I’ve ever seen in my life I’m shocked that they charge £50 a night I generally woke up with spots on my face

It’s dated (apart from reception). The room needs a complete revamp. New wallpaper or plastering.

Location was OKStaff were pleasant enough.Good facilities to ear at albeit not to order food at.

Premises were dated.Rooms small.There was a drunk guest during our stay with Police at hand to resolve causing much discomfort for our kids and us.No breakfast available.

A bit like a Butlins room very out of date I didn’t get much sleep as a I was bloody cold no heating that worked & the bed felt like a bag of spuds

Tired decor. Bright light on outside room window that could not be blocked by curtain. No soundproofing. Might as well have been in the adjoining rooms having a conversation. En-suite extractor fan on 24/7 and appeared to make a pulse sound every 15 seconds. Mattress lacked support. Pillows were small and only one available per guest.Woken in early hours by smell of cannabis being smoked by guest outside our room.

Head housekeeper who checked us in was lovely and room very clean

Bed very hard and springy, other guests shouting at 4.20am right outside our room and the horrible annoying noise that sounds like a road sweeper but is probably a water pump constantly making a noise

On a late arrival and feeling unwell I didn't realise I had to register my car, so I ended up with a parking ticket a few days later. I explained the situation to the staff and it was dealt with in next to no time, especially Dona was a fantastic help. Absolute great service and pleasant stay. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Location of hotel was convenient.

My room was on the ground floor and I could hear the movement of vehicles on the motorway. My mattress was also very noisy and uncomfortable every time I turned.

The staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful! Fatma and Donna helped out so much and have a wicked sense of humour....It was my partners birthday Thursday, so we got a cheeky night away..... Fatma did some amazing origami with towels that just set the room off.... Always love coming back
