Crofts Hotel

Came for the football at Cardiff City stadium, quick 10 min Uber ride away. Very hospitable staff and regulars in bar, amazing value for money. will definately return when back in the City, thank you!

Passable

Poor soundproofing. Couldn’t get to sleep until 2am thanks to tradesmen guests below me.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially over parking. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Good value for money. Walking distance of town centre.

Friendly, welcoming owner and staff. Spotlessly clean. Although no evening meal available, they are happy for takeaways to be delivered and eaten on the premises.

Clean warm and comfortable room - very efficient communication and process. Cannot fault this place. The second time I have used it when attending an event in central Cardiff which is £10 taxi ride away. Will certainly use again.

On street parking in the neighbourhood can be a little chancy.

Nice clean room, good location, good value for money and the staff were all lovely and helpful.

Got locked out of my room when my code stopped working, but staff came straight up and sorted it out for me.

Very close to the centre, the staff were very welcoming and the room was very comfortable

Modern, clean, and shower is amazing

Nice hotel in a brilliant location, ten minute walk into the centre. Clean room with a decent bed.

Friendly staff - separate entrance so no need to walk through bar. Room was very clean and comfortable no noise sound proofing works. Will be staying again.

Very helpful staff sending clear directions and information before handl & helping me to find a parking spot on arrival.I liked the keyless entry!Room itself was fabulous. The 3 C's clean comfortable & cozy.Nice pub downstairs where I had a few pints and watched live football.

Parking. Obviously knew it was on the road when I booked but didn't realise it was in a permit residential zone. As it happened I had no issues parking but could imagine this being tricky at certain times of the day!

The owners have clearly invested a lot in the accommodation above the pub. Everything has been refurbished to a very high quality indeed. The facilities are basic, but this is a very convenient, comfortable, low-cost "bed for the night" - ideal for business trips.

Spotlessly clean, modern fittings, friendly helpful staff. Quiet rooms.

Nothing. It was perfect for a couple of nights.

Immaculately clean room, very good price and friendly staff

Very reasonable. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

It was a little cramped with two beds in the room.

Clean , comfortable, good value

Room a bit to bright as emergency exit green light so had to wear eye mask

The room was clean and decor was new. I liked the fact that it's a code instead of a key as very handy with families

Some of the staff were not great with my husband. When we arrived there was no food available which meant we had to order in. The ordering went very wrong and we were left hungry ( I know not the hotels fault) but a few menus and phone numbers would have been very handy as we couldn't go looking as we had a little one with us and the area didn't feel safe after dark.

Good clean rooms and bathroom

Breakfast was extra cost

The staff are extremely friendly and want to ensure you have everything you need. Location was perfect for my particular needs.

Lack of dedicated parking

Staff friendly. Excellent price for location. A short walk into the city

Room clean and functional. Slightly off putting whiff of sewage though. Got used to it
