The Falcon Inn Retreat

Spacious apartment to fit 6 adults comfortably. Sufficient water pressure to supply 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. Dog friendly. Sue is very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Reasonable distance to Pen y Fan and the 4 waterfalls. We are keen to return especially once the garden and the hot tub are fitted!!!

Very difficult to navigate if you arrive at night!

Ease of checking in, beautiful views not enough time enjoy it all. Will visit again. Heater didn't seem to be working messaged the host and she was there to help us within 5 minutes. It was just us not knowing the heater set up, all set up and had a warm and cosy room in no time.

Lovely cute room in a beautiful hotel overlooking a stream and woodlands . The owner sue was absolutely superb and could do enough to help . The room was warm and cosy and was lovely waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony. Can't fault it for value for money and location. Bed was super comfortable too! Thank you

The place was so tranquil and the owner very friendly and helpful, I would recommend if you are planning to get out and explore nature.

It was a beautiful place. I really liked it the rooms were clean and comfortable.

That there was no dinning survise available. But when we booked we thought there was.

Sue couldn't have been more helpful. Very welcoming and attentive to my elderly Mum's needs.

There was nothing to dislike but we had a change of circumstances and Sue was very understanding.

The peace and quiet was the main reason I wanted to stay at the falcon. Needed time to myself so it met met my needs very well.

A small fridge in the room may have helped. Perhaps I didn't read the small print if there was a main refrigerator somewhere. Also a microwave would have helped.

The place and view is amazing. I will recommend this place for people who loves nice and quiet place, where you can hear only birds and river.

We loved are weekend at falcon inn its very quite the sites were beautiful the lady that owns it was lovley we will definatly be going back

Sue would do anything for you very accommodating and generous... heart of gold.Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

It just looked a little run down. It has lots of potential.The roads leading up to the property are in desperate need of repair and are dangerous in parts and the sat nav sends you down the wrong way.It would be better to eat breakfast in the bar area rather than outside your room as it was very cold weather for August.

Great location by a stream, very comfy bed, staff very friendly. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

absolutely fantastic. we stayed in the 3bed apartment and photos don’t do it justice. so lovely for the price and so pretty. the lady who runs the place was also amazing making sure everything was okay and we were comfortable 10/10 would recommend and hopefully we’re able to come back :) xx

Only one step away from nature.The soft sound of a small stream made you easily fall asleep at night.Nice lady who made us great breakfasts, both English and continental.

Unbelievably peaceful place to stay, we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening with some wine, listening to the stream. Great breakfast in the morning too :)

Sue was fantastic! She made us very welcome and went the extra mile to give us a lively little stay. We thought the view from the balcony was really lovely and the beds were super comfortable!

It was a little tired and the double bed was small

Superb location, with a bar so can have a drink whilst listening to the river nearby and taking views in. Tables outsides the room so can enjoy breakfast outside, small bar to finish off a day with a drink before heading to bed. What else can you want. Good and attentive host.

carperts in the rooms a bit dated, bath will be a bonus
