Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location, great when visiting relatives for an overnight stay, I would do it more often if it were say £--- per night all in.

Nothing negative really, it's great for an overnight stay, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

room had 2 double beds with just one bedside table in between. No plug sockets near bed and ones on dressing table /desk very difficult to get modern large plugs into. Room had a bath with shower above, but as there was no plug to bath, had no choice but to shower. For the price paid rather poor facilities

Friendly staff, clean room

noisy (situated next to business park) and breakfast should have been included in price.

Really friendly staff.Beds were comfortable.Ample parking.

Doors and door frames in need of painting, looks shabby and unfinished.

I expected the room to look like the photo with red satincthrows on the bed but was just plain white linen...a small thing but a splash of colour and luxury for the money would have been appreciated and was expected.

if I had not paid upfront I would have turned around the moment I turned up

the location nothing like that advertised the front of property was full of drunk people who stayed there until 330am . setting of car alarms all night shouting and playing loud music the whole time . we gave up at 430am and drove home the four hours . missing the opportunity of meeting my son who was on leave from army . wife in tears

Location convenient for my industrial estate visit next day. Good hot water pressure.

Bright security light outside front door and window was a bit intrusive. Walls between rooms are quite thin. Cant just turn up for breakfast next door, you must book.

Helpful reception clean rooms and comfortable beds

Lovely friendly staff, reception provided iron and ironing board when requested. Good room size, didn't feel cramped even with 2 king-size beds. Good value for money and appreciated the late checkout (12 o'clock) after a late night at a wedding! Good location.

The shower was difficult to get a set to a constant temperature. Pillows not very comfortable.

Not a lot too like really, the rooms need money spending on them, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable and only one per person.The bar/restaurant attached to the motel smelt as down as you walk through the door, the carpet was ripped and dirty and it just wasn't a nice place.

I certainly did not like the fact that they wanted to increase the price from £347.00 to £750.00 which was a rip off and obviously because they realised it was the Wales/England rugby match and that meant we had to cancel one room but still had to pay an extra £24.00 which was a total rip off!!!I would never recommend that motel to anyone as it was genuinely the worst place we've ever stayed in, the bathroom was not nice. They call it a Hotel, it's more like a motel as definitely not hotel standards.

The bed was comfortable and the snacks/supplies/facilities selection vastly exceeded expectations (they had all the standard stuff PLUS cappuccino, hot chocolate, cookies, biscuits, showercap...). The staff are also very friendly and polite. You certainly get good value for money.

The ease of being able to leave car earlier in morning catching train which is short walk away to Cardiff for our annual rugby trip and the fact that the owner is alway helpful and accomodating .

Room was excellent and met our needs. very clean and comfortable. Only complaint, the light switch next to the bed was broken so was the toilet seat.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was closed to residents due to a function being hosted. On the morning of our stay the restaurant was again closed and hence we could not get our pre ordered breakfast.

Friendly staff on arrival, easy to find and convenient location for my work

The room was very cramped with 2 double beds, when a sofa bed would have been better if the additional bed was required. The blinds were fitted not flush to the wall and window and were insufficient to block out the light from reception, the forecourt and the outside lights. Room 11 was extremely affected by the light pollution from the forecourt. The bathroom was really cold, the bath height was too high making it extremely difficult to get in and out of it with no hand rails. The bathroom window did not close properly and there was a draft and a lot of traffic noise. The bases of the beds were threadbare and looked really tatty. The light bulbs over the beds were very feint so made it difficult to read. A tray for the tea making facilities would have

Staff were friendly, room was clean and little touches like tea and coffee laid out was lovely, bathroom amenities were beautifully displayed too! Basic room but lots of storage which was handy for us. Bathroom worked wonderfully and was a decent size, nice to have a bath. The room was quite spacious for 3 adults and beds were huge!

A few little tweaks and updates would make it perfect, such as a hairdryer, a lick of paint and general cosmetic work. Beds were comfy but bed base was a little untidy(material frayed) but that could be resolved with a valance sheet and didnt affect the use. Otherwise the room is perfect!

The staff were very nice, polite and gave a nice welcome both in reception and the bar. The cleaner in the morning was also friendly

The look of the outside of the hotel was disappointing. Everything being white gave a cold welcome rather than a warm welcome and with no flowers in the grounds there was no colour.

Basic hotel but good sized clean rooms which met my expectations

We got upgrade to a family room which was enormous with two extra large bigger than kingsized beds. Staff couldn't be more helpful and brought ironing board and hair drier as soon as we asked for them.Nice mood lighting, massive very comfortable beds and everything was immaculately clean and cleaners serviced the room while we were there for 2 nights.

We noticed an inch wide hole under room door which led to outside and only vertical blinds as opposed to curtains to block out the morning sunlight and they didn't do a very good job of it.
