Cardiff Riverside Hotel by Belvilla

location

shower not very good

Price , and location good for train station and sports stadiums

Alittle noisy. Bring ear plugs.

Staff were very welcoming and helpfulIt was very comfy and clean Brilliant stay

No lift

The bed was nice and comfortable

Their was black mold on shower tray and back panel. The curtains were in need of repair as weren't hanging correctly and saggingNot enough milkNo plug in sink

Nothing at all

The shower was disgusting the Mattress was the worst i ever slept in my life You can hear every thing from next door

The place was run down,...

Everything to the point that we didn’t stay. We had to pay for another accommodation. More money

Staff very friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early

If I'm honest the exterior didn't fill me with confidence but as they say never judge a book by its cover

Price, location, staff, cleanliness

no parking available

Very close from everything, nice staff, really clean and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect?!

I liked everything.

It was a very large room with 3 single beds for 3 persons. Room was spacious, clean, telly was working, they allowed us to exceptionally late check-in at 1:30 am. 24/7 reception was available, and the reception guy was very nice and welcoming. Overall 10/10 experience and value to money.

Toilet door was not working properly.

Excellent location, good facilities and responsive front desk. Tea and coffee at your disposal.

The bedsheets were stained and we arrived in a room with no TP. The furniture was old but this didn't affect our stay, but overall, cleanliness could be improved.

Great staff, location and price.

The room was smelling cigarettes and the shower water pressure was very low

Poor

The room was very dirty on arrival and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The shower was inadequate, and the toilet leaked throughout the night, causing constant noise and disruption. While this was a budget hotel and the room was dated, basic cleanliness and functioning facilities should still be expected. Overall, the standard was unacceptable for any paying guest.

I was particularly impressed by nice nice, friendly and helpful staff

All fine, that was not a five star hotel (;-) but value for money. Bed Duvet was too small.

quick walk to downtown & train station. staff were nice. peaceful.

not that clean but you get what you pay for :)

Great for a quick stay, for event or night out etcVery good value for moneyGreat location for townEasy to parkWould stay againIt is not luxury but it's perfectly good enough for the budget cost.Staff on reception were super friendly

Everything was ok but ...

People were running up and down the corridors screaming and shouting all night banging doors. I paid to have a place to rest and couldnt sleep. And obviously these lax places never refund like proper professionals

The location is close to the city centre and train station, cozy room with few welcome snacks, comfortable bed and the heater worked very well.

The shower wall had a dent, but we didn't use it anyway. There were two taps; one dispensed very cold water, the other one very hot water; there was no middle ground, which was annoying.

It was nicely presented, clean and staff were friendly

The shower was rusty in few places and no facility to heat any food

Quite close to city centreFriendly and helpful staffGood room amenities

Like many have flagged up, matress was uncomfortable and springyBedside lamp(s) and a bathroom mat may be a good ideaWalls paper thin - I could everything next doorCan't open the window and humidifier needs looking into as not working properly
