    • Breakfast was very good and a lot of choice . Very comfortable stay Kids really enjoyed the stay

    Cons -

    • The hotel have no hot water for a week, so we could not have a hot bath after a tired day. We stayed there for 4 nights. The compensation is a free drink. Not good enough.
    • Room wasn’t very clean Not much room to move around in the room
    • Went half board. Lack of cold bottles of water in August. Wales was having a heat wave. I stayed with my son & granddaughters. Age 2 & 9. All you had available was tea coffee & fizzy water.

Staff were friendly, thats about all..

The room was very tired and old, not particularly clean. Tv was a joke, ariel at back broken and taped up, 3 channels and not worth watching. Aircon was sad, needs a good service. Not all the lights were working. The pool facilities were terrible, water was dirty looking and full of bits. Too many people in as well despite allocating time slots that clearly weren't being followed. Breakfast was poor, full of screaming children running up to our table (parents fault not hotels) food was average at best, had to ask for plates as non avaliable. Only 1 toaster, not good enough when lots of guests and everyone wanting toast. Massively over priced room and would never stay again.

Excellent value for money. Plenty of choice at breakfast time. The Dinner, Bed and Breakfast deal was great. The rooms were clean, and the shower really great in what appeared to be revamped facilities. Nice ambience in the foyer, too, particularly after our evening meals. Great staff, too.

Swimming pool changing facilities need updating, particularly the changing facilities. The rest of the hotel is great and shows sign of recent work so I hope that it's just a case of being next on the to-do list. It really would be a 10 ot of 10 hotel otherwise.

    Breakfast ok

All ok until day before we left when we were told by receptionist that hotel was closing. This was a shock, and we had to wait around while they found us alternative accommodation.

it was good value for money, we booked it way ahead and whilst on offer. All staff were good and friendly. great choices and spread of breakfast.

Rooms are cleaned everyday, they changed our towels everyday to our surprise, but we were never given enough toiletries, only on the first day and just 1 each of soap, shampoo and body soap and that’s it for the rest of our 3 night stay. we booked Half board, dinner in most nights aren’t as good as we expected it, also long wait for serving.

Welcoming and friendly staff working hard and trying their best to provide good service despite everything that's wrong with this place. Hats off to them!! Location is good for day trips but it's quite noisy in the room.

Food is definitely the weakest point of this hotel. The hotel menu is different from the one on the website, and what you get on the plate doesn't even match description from their short menu. I've had 4 breakfasts and 4 dinners with family and there was something wrong with our orders every single time (missing items, poor substitutions, cold brownie, overcooked dishes etc.). Also, the poorest vegetarian options I've seen in years. Not even plant-based milk provided at breakfast (unless you specifically request it). The swimming pool is tiny and pre-booking is essential to get in. Changing rooms are quite bad. I've stayed in many Holiday Inns before and this one must be one of the worst ones I've been to. It needs a lot of investments to make it worth the money!

Perfect for us as on our way from Fishguard so broke out journey home

Very difficult to find as junction 32 was not displayed on our side of the road so ended up at junction 30 and had to make our way back . We lost a half hour ntrying to find hotel

Breakfast was amazing & staff really welcoming/friendly

The jacuzzi you can't even classify as a jacuzzi. No bubble jets, nothing. The pool was very poor and freezing cold, not very enjoyable. Steam room not working neither was the shower to rinse yourself off. Truth be told it was a shambles
