- Our check-in person was so friendly.
- The staff, every one of them. In particular, employee a most competent and helpful person. She had an answer to every question we asked; when she did not, she took time to investigate and return with an answer. Other employees are also competent and helpf
- Overall, there is nothing wrong for this budget hotel if you are arriving via train, then I would suggest. Staff very nice. Area busy and somewhat party like atmosphere.... once again nothing wrong with that, just make sure that is your demographic.
Cons -
- Although we were signed up as members. We were charged $12 to hold our bags until our train departed at 115p. We left hotel at 11 to get breakfast. I think the worker should?ve told us that we could check out at 1 o?clock to avoid the $12 fee.
- The room assigned was not what we expected but it was adequate
- Busy location with lack of ease of parking. Pricy for the basic level of hotel.
