Just a 5-minute walk from Five Ways train station and the Library of Birmingham and 1 mile from Birmingham New Street, the Mailbox and Bull Ring shopping centers, the hotel also features convenient access to the ICC, Arena Birmingham, Symphony Hall, Repertory Theater and Hippodrome.

- Rofuto restaurant although a little over priced, decor was beautiful with lovely views and staff friendly at the restaurant.
Cons -
- Website advertises a lot of things that are deceiving. For example it states it has a spa but in fact it's a gym and spa treatment rooms (dry spa). Staff on reception did not ask me how my stay was so I did not get a chance to air my views.
