- The staff were friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to night porter and breakfast staff, all went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The room was lovely and having 2 double beds in our twin room made the stay feel luxury,

I have stayed here before some years ago. It looks like it has been refurbished. I was impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff, the feel of the room and the small touches such as the sleep spray and two free bottles of water
At the moment there is some construction work going on. This did not impact my sleep or enjoyment of the room but the view wasn't as great as it could have been.
