- Proximity to train and shopping
- Location - central to everything. Staff were very helpful. Food was good; drinks were over-priced
- they addressed my problem immediately and fixed it appropriately.
Cons -
- Not having a clock in the room
- Not enough elevators - one (of two) was out of commission for an extended period. Bar is totally lacking in atmosphere; the layout is pretty awful and the pricing is out of line
- That they assumed that I would be happy with an unacceptable room (a room that opened up onto an adjacent hotel's very bright, very light sign.)I also didn't like the location.
