Excellent room: large,clean, nicely decorated

The hotel is located near an industrial area and it's extremely difficult to walk to a bus station or walk back to it from bus station (there is a tramway station that is much easier to walk to and from, but when tramway stops, bus is the only option).

It had hot water

Peeling wall paper, scratchy towels, moldy corners, rotting baseboards

It close to Orly airport if your flying out from there otherwise nothing specials. There is no food places around there except burger king It is a few blocks from the tram that connects to the city but that stops running at midnight

Rude staff, faulty shower that flooded the room with refusal to change rooms, no food service or room service for late night customers at the hotel except during designated breakfast time with nowhere nearby to eat, rooms never cleaned

It has a decent location for getting into Paris by public transport.

It¿s an all-around super dated hotel and has an accompanying smell that is common among hotels that are super old and have never been renovated.

un experience staff cant speak English, did not changed the towels and stock up coffee material and charged the city tax extra which was not disclosed or charged twice

Bed is comfortable, rooms are good size, very close to Orly airport.

Location is far away from city centre. Wifi was very poor. The room was kept clean but very outdated.

It was neither "Best" nor "Western" and if was far from "Plus"! Stay away from this dump! The best thing about this hotel was when we left! Evidently the "Star" system in Europe is MUCH different than the USA. I would have a hard time giving a 1 star!

The "Plus" stood for +stains in carpet, +broken tiles in bathroom, +stains on mattress, +cracks in walls, +ice machines with dirt in ice, +parking fees, +city fees, +rude staff. Avoid this dump at any cost! Square eye-sore that needs to be bulldozed!

This hotel was wonderful. I had to book 2 rooms because my family had missed my flight with no issue. Also this is a family friendly hotel.

This is a hotel....

Not really... Old bathrooms. But I was so tired.... It was one of your promotions... Cheap... You always have for your money... I did not expect much anyway!!

The hotel in general and room in particular were nothing special but at least it was clean. The hotel is close to the Orly airport but don't count on the free shuttle.

Hotel was listed as having free breakfast when we booked and our confirmation stated the same. However, we were denied breakfast by employees. Free shuttle to the airport could hold no more than 8 and was so overbooked that we had to pay to go to airport.

Dirty moldy rag was on pipes in bathroom. Staff was not able to activate the key so we had to keep returning to front desk. Morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle to airport was 'on a break' so we had to wait 40 minutes.

L'hôtel est très bien, pour les séjours de courtes durées. L'hôtel est située près de l'aéroport. Cela nous a permis de profiter de notre dernière soirée. Le service de navette est aussi très bien, car il y a plusieurs départs.

Repairs, loud banging for hours in afternoon of my stay. At hotel from a 10-hour overnight flight. Expect quiet even daytime. In morning, early, vacuuming corridor carpet. Both business center computers not working and staff not proactive. No iron.
