Location and size of the room

Desk staff was NOT helpful Closet door was off track could not access the safe. Requested every day for a repair went unanswered. Refused to allow me to speak to the Hotel Director. Never resolved in 5 days stay!

Clean, nice size room with a small refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. The location is excellent near CDG & an easy walk to the charming village of Roissy.

This hotel is convenient to the CDG airport and it's secured in by a gate system. The room was clean and provided adequate space given the location. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're having a layover.

They had a false alarm and we had to run all the way from 6 floors They billed me inaccurately twice and it was a mess dealing with them

Service was third rate

The room was nice, clean and quiet. We were amazed to learn that there was a cute town with a great restaurant nearby.

The shuttle is incredibly unreliable. The restaurant staff a little rough.

terrible front desk over an hour getting checked in with nobody in front of me. total confusion, sent us to the wrong room twice - once someone else was in the room. Total disaster

The staff were so rude. The room was filthy. They did morning clean in between days they did not even replace dirty cups or vacuum.

It has the kitchen utilities to cook.

Hair dryer doesn't work. Door is broken. Window curtain is dirty. Sofa bed is broken and making noises Breakfast is expensive with less choices comparing with other hotels.

Room upgraded to deluxe by reception because of early checkin: large with kitchenette and dining space, complimentary bottled water. Very good food in restaurant.

Mattress had vertical ridges. Only one bath and one hand towel supplied. Restaurant service very slow and careless.

Finally, an "American" sized room in Europe! While we enjoyed the quaint (aka, super-small, but cute) accommodations throughout Europe during our stay, we were thrilled to stay at this place, with a decent sized bathroom and bedroom. Airport access

The room had a king sized bed and a mini kitchen. Staff were very helpful figuring out logistics.

The airport shuttle is shared with other hotels, so plan on 20-30 minutes to get to terminals 2 or 3. The shuttle doesn't go to terminal 1. Plan on 2 hours to get into Paris by train and metro. A one way ticket info Paris costs 10 euro.

Shuttle service was terrible. No clear designation of pickup location at airport and although rated a 4 star hotel required use of share bus service for pickup and delivery with no assisstance re luggage.

Hotel was very close to airport and the Gold airport transport bus can be taken directly from the hotel parking lot stop. Room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Restaurant located in the hotel served tasty food.

The room was clean, with a small kitchenette. Shower was nice/updated, no issues with noise or temperature.

Room was large and had everything I needed. Clean, modern, comfortable.

Bit farther from airport than I expected, but so were most of the other hotels. The shuttle bus was very efficient.

Everything. From walking in the door, to the bar area, the reception people were great, the restaurant offered a wonderful selection esp cheeses, the room was airy and clean feeling, the beds were so comfortable and the bed linens were so nice!

The front desk staff was great. The appliance in the room was great.

The shuttle van didn't run on the weekends.

The hotel is modern, nicely appointed, and rooms are pleasant with comfortable beds.

The airport shuttle seems somewhat unpredictable. The hotel's publication advises the shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which did not seem to be the case. Front desk staff varies from reasonably friendly to detached and unsympathetic.

The staff needs help with their English and their attitudes.
