The hotel lobby is the best place in the hotel.

The standard rooms look like a nun's cell from the 40s. It doesn't match the standard room photos online.

No one thing we couldn?t sleep at this place due to the smell there was a water leak coming from the bathroom into the bedroom with a lot mold on it. The bed sheets were very dirty it look like they never been washed. We left in the middle of the night.

Rather to sleep on the street an not on this place horrible experience nasty place!!

Good location, very nice room.

At 10am, I went to brush teeth/shave/shower an hour before my airport shuttle for a long flight home and there was *no water* (doing ¿maintenance¿). Condescending staff at first. 30 min later, went to an adjacent hotel to bathe. Stressful, ridiculous.

Nothing The pool was dirty, no towel at the pool, the SPA was closed bed sheets are not coton, they are 100% synthetic DON'T STAY THERE!

This hotel will hold 150 euros as a security deposit for any damages done in the room. They do not release it on your departure date even if you haven't done anything! They gave me a fake receipt stating that they had released the deposit when it was not

The staff is very kind

The room is a bit old. The furniture is not well maintained. The bad and the pillow are of a bad quality

Cold dinner buffet was exceptional.

Pink shuttle bus from was slow and over flowing with passengers. The driver did not announce the hotel at a stop so we got off at a prior hotel on the trip.

Close to CDG Airport. Shuttle service to and from Airport every 20 minutes from early morning to late evening. Very high class. Lowest cost of every 4-5 star hotel close to airport.

Restaurant costs were quite high.

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to always help or assist lodgers.

I enjoyed everything about the experience was there for my 40th birthday and it was absolutely phenomenal the staff was amazing and so friendly I would definitely go back and share with others it was a great experience.

Lovely facility. Loved the water and Halloween decor in the lobby. Very clean and welcoming. Comfortable rooms Great value. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Sauna not working nor did anyone at the desk seem surprised. Shuttle service was not part of the hotel. In both instances, these are listed as amenities of the hotel, when they are really not. Finally, lots of loud and disturbing interior drilling and construction noise. Should have been done during earlier hours. Restaurant female worker very rude, brusque and extremely unfriendly.

Room size is good. Staff are wonderful. Big thanks to Sofiane and Fathia very nice, professional workers. Thank you guys

The proprety is kind of out dated but it's ok I will stay again. It's not a deal breaker.

Bad treatment. Hiden charges they never mentioned and they took 150 euro but never return it to me

They charged me extra money for taxes even though on the website it says prices includes taxes. Also they took 150 euros for security but they return it back to me after I check out. This is the third time they did this to me.

The hotel is very good overall. The receptionist lady was very friendly, smiling, and respectful, which made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Parking is excellent, with both indoor and outdoor garage options available, which is very convenient.

The room was good for one night, comfortable well equipped and spacios.close to the airport and Roissy village which was charming for dinner in the evening before departure.We did not have breakfast as we had an early departure and had breakfast at the lounge in the airport.

There was a variety of pastries, fruit, ham and other breakfast favorites.

We arrived at 6 am to eat breakfast. The food was cold. The bacon and eggs were not cooked that morning. It was obviously cooked and refrigerated the night before. As soon as I told the waiter that the food was cold, he warmed it up for me. He was very nice.

Well, I was told that the hotel was overbooked and couldn’t get a room, sent out in the middle of the night, and still have not gotten my money. I need my full refund

Everything, we have stayed before and it's even better now. The reception people were fabulous. Great location near a lovely village with restaurants. Our room was superb
