Campanile Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil Amelot

Room was basic, A/C didn't cool real well. But the worst was getting the shuttle from the airport. Very confusing- there is another Campanille hotel. Unfortunately, we got on the wrong shuttle, to the other one & had to get a taxi to the correct one.

The position is close to the airport and they give the opportunity to have a meal in flexible times. Breakfast can be very early in the morning.

The fact that the shuttle to the airport in not free! It should be part of the services offered by the hotel.

I realized that this is a bad hotel fast. Other people tried and wait but with no result.

I paid. I came. They said - "No rooms".

It was easy to access from the RER (via bus) and the airport (via shuttle). The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Great for catching a flight at 8h. Would recommend!

The shuttle is so bad they took me to another Hotel and I had to pay 40€ to a taxi.

Great location near Charles de Gaulle airport with shuttle service available in the mornings and evenings. The staff and shuttle drivers were really nice. The well-being space was nice, too. There is an onsite restaurant and also some nice restaurants and a bakery with friendly staff down the road in the main part of town.

Had to ask several times for the beakfast buffet to be refilled and for clean dishes (a lot of customers from another hotel nearby showed up before the Campanile's patrons) but the employees didn't seem to care

This place is more like a motel, I would say it is a 1-2 star motel, the rooms are extremely cold an the hot water doesn

I wish the location for the shuttle was easier to find coming from the airport. I got lost and had a terrible experience with uber.

Expensive for a mediocre breakfast buffet. ($27 canadian) But no other options for food.Shuttle not 24 hours, just specific times, best bet is just take an Uber.

It’s close to the airport, but a little ways out. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

Location was good-easily accessible by bus. The room was pretty big, with big bed and nice mattress, modern bathroom

The carpet in the room looks pretty old and have all kind of footprints. The shower was just part of the bathroom and when you take a shower water is all over the place.

Room is clean and the location is great for people who needs to the CDG TERMINAL 2

The staff was really rude. I booked the hotel because I have an early morning flight to catch. When I went there the person in the front desk was not welcoming and explaining where the room located. My room was in the building behind the main lobby and he was just keep telling that it's other building. And when I went the other building, they do not have lift in there. So people who are with luggage, please not this. I had 4 trolley bag and 2 hand bag. I struggled a lot in there to get in the room because they doesn't have any lift in there

The proximity to the airport is the reason we booked this accommodation.

Fact they charged to park car, even though we were staying there… we also ate supper at the attached restaurant & we thought they should have one price for their buffet instead they charge separately for the hot, cold & dessert options… should just be one price for all options!

Hotel accepting pets, great location, good price, quiet & clean room. These were the important aspects that I was looking for in my 1 night reservation and Campanile delivered ! I will be coming back for my future travel from CDG

The room was like one room divided into two, only a thin door separating the rooms. This was not convenient, since I heard a gentleman talking to a phone during the night, interrupting my sleep.

Location

Hotel shuttle had limited schedule and we had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. The limited shuttle schedule should be disclosed on BookingThe restaurant served only a buffet which did not look good. Thankfully there were a few restaurants nearby
