- Shuttle pick up from CDG is only from one terminal out of 9 or more in the whole airport.
- when the hotel promises a free shuttle , it's no true. We were told the day before to pay for the taxi. the reception area acknowledged it's not fair. We ended up paying a taxi to go to the airport. We emailed the manager to complain did not dare to reply
