The little waffles at checkin were a nice touch

They should not be allowed to claim a hotel shuttle. There is no clear pick up area. Even the shuttle drivers for the B&B hotel didn?t know where is was and gave wrong instructions. Then to go from the hotel to the airport the didn?t have in the afternoon

It is somewhat close to the airport. The staff were nice and helpful.

They said that there would be air conditioning. Paris can get very hot, but the air conditioning did not work. It was very hot in the night and I didn't realize till morning that the window could be opened.

The family suite had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations.

Our flight was 2 hours late and there were very few food options (microwave only). There weren't food options at the other hotels nearby at 22:30 While looking for other food options, other hotels nearby had better lobbies for kids (foosball, ping pon

The only good things were the gummy treats in a jar at check in and the fact that the rooms were suites and had a couch bed for our daughter to sleep in.

The bathrooms were horrible. They were like stepping up (literally) into a trailer park bathroom. The bathroom were all plastic and smelled like a porta-potty. It was shocking and smelled so gross. The room smelled so badly of smoke as well.

Clean and convenient airport hotel.

This is not a 5 ⭐️ hotel. It's ok for one night sleep. The front desk looks like any no star hotels. Breakfast over priced. It was my first and last time at that hotel.

You should change the star ⭐️ category for that hotel on your website.

Expensive breakfast option

The hotel was booked for two adults, and 2 children on the web. However, the hotel confirmation only listed the two adults. Hotel website indicated children under 18 stay free. but it was not the case when we got here.

Lousy customer service. Would not even give an extra blanket.

Taxi dropped us off at wrong Novatel so had to walk to correct one. The others in our group, were taken to 3 Novatels before getting the right one. We all had addresses to show the drivers but there should have been better directions. Room was very hot

I liked it was close to CDG. The room was very large,clean, and modern. It seemed it was recently renovated. The hotel also has free rides to CDG.

The AC was not on in the hotel despite being a very hot night. I have never been in a 4 star hotel by a major airport where you could not have the AC on. Opening the window cooled the room, but I had to listen to the noisy restaurant-bar next door.

There was a leak in the toilet room. It was running all night and leaked all over the carpet. Tried multiple times to call the front desk and nobody answered, our toddler had a rough time sleeping. Talked to them at check out and they just said sorry.

Very Spacious, and lovely bathtub and shower!

Heater did not work.

The suite is great for a family. They sell microwable food at the reception (there's a microwave in the suite). It' close to the airport but you don't hear the planes in the rooms. Good shuttle service to the airport.

It's not the hotel itself but I would have liked to know that there are several Novotels and at least 2 Novotel Suites near CDG airport (we took the shuttle to the wrong one - an awesome Novotel employee went out of his way and drove us to the right one).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious and great variety of choices. Room was spacious and clean. We had sink, fridge and microwave in the room. There is a free shuttle from the Airport and to the RER station.

Not a single thing. Everything was perfect.

Fairly small hotel. I expected something a little larger in size (including tthe room) but for its price, it was sure worth it.
