- Spacious room/bathroom. Great service. Very nice staff.
- The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Excellent location across fro the Prado. The cafe adjoining is convenient for breakfast, but closed in Sundays.
Cons -
- We had a morning flight and would really have liked to be able to have a cup of coffee before we headed to the airport. At the cafe in the hotel the staff was not friendly and and told us that she would not serve us for a while even for take out.
- It's really bare bones, down to the soap and towels (but I suppose that's what 2 stars means). It's just that for nearly $--- a night one expects more, a lot more.
- The air conditioning was very noisy
