Ten To Go Hostel

The staffs were really helpful! Shout out to Louis who helped us a lot. My flight arrived around 12 am, so I had no choice to arrive at the hostel around 1 am. They helped me to do an online check-in first, then a physical check-in the next morning. There’s a pool you can use, though I didn’t see anyone chill out there. There are free cookies, coffee and tea in the kitchen! Although the room contains 14 beds in one, they emphasize the room should be quiet, so it was comfortable.

The kitchen can be maintained more cleanly, but if you don’t use kitchen that much, it’s fine! The location is a bit off from those main attractions.

All was great. Free tea / coffee, checkin was clear, liked the emphasis on quietness outside of common areas. Good walking distance to restaurants and small supermarkets. Coded entry both at front door and at the door to the rooms.

Pillow was a bit flat.

We really liked the front desk person,Andrea. She was sweet and welcoming & answered all our queries. The hostel was clean and the common area was great.

The only issue we had was the structure how beds were placed and moreover how rooms were made. Each room has 14 beds and 2 rooms share one washroom in the middle. I'm not that light sleeper but me & my spouse were unable to sleep as everything in the room squeaks. Be the bed, doors or floor. Even the showers and tap make so much noice and imagine 28 people getting up at night and using washroom at different times.

The location was really good, right next to Barcelona Sants train station. The hostel had good facilities and comfortable beds. They also provided ear plugs which was really nice.

I liked the location and the clean room.

I asked the reception for the tourist tax receipt, but I haven’t received any response.

Luis on the reception was a bit bossy and talked to us like a ruler in the beginning. Maybe it was his style, but did not leave a good impression on us. The rules of the hostel could be shared in a more relaxed and positive way.

Common space was good. Coffee machine was awesome. Rooms were super peaceful given how many people were staying there. Staff was great.

My main issue is with toilets. There is mixed toilets and practically no sound proof at all. Imagine 3 girls doing makeup in the toilet and you need to have a a s*it there. I felt it uncomfortable. Similar toilet set up is somewhat common in hostels and maybe I am the problem here, but in my books this matters.

The location perfect: just a 5 minute walk from Barcelona Sants and easy to find. I was late for the 2200 H check in but Andrea made sure I could enter the hotel beyond that time. She was very caring in making sure I could go in the hostel.

It is in a great location - close to the main train station and metro! Great customer service at the desk. Shared dorms were clean and spacious.

Not a super social vibe, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Too many ppl in one room

Probably best hostel in which I ever was. Super clean, comfy, cosy, well equipped. Free coffee, tea, juices, biscuits, and even earplugs :) Location was also good - 7 minutes by walk from Train station, around 10 minutes to metro. Many restaurants, tapas bars and small local shops close by. But what was quite a miracle - it was really silent there! On the street, terrace and most of all in the room itself. Hostel has strict noise policy, so you dont experience there drunken party people shouting until morning. Louis and Andrea from the hostel are really nice, kind, helpful and professional people. Really nice shared space, great coffee/hot chocolate maker and cookies gratis, owner exceptionally kind. So close to Barcelona-Sants train station, arrived after midnight and comfortably walking to hostel as solo woman, and owner there to check me in. Great communication in advance to make me comfortable.

Everyone was respectful, but as expected when people arrive late/leave early noise happens. Lockers wheel out from under bed, them and curtain sliders were somewhat loud.

It was a great stay! Comfortable, cozy, clean and with great staff. What a great place to stay in Barcelona!

The location and the cleanliness are wonderful.Louis knows his craft very well: professional and at the same time friendly, attentive to details and very thorough when welcoming his guests.

I was skeptical about sharing the sleeping quarters and I outgrew out of it after my first night. The setting is conducive to engage people to be respectful and mindful about other guests needs.

Easy check in process, very efficient. Louis was very nice! Very nice beds with good facilities. Free coffee and tea in the kitchen! Best part is that it is right next to Barcelona Sants

Cool hostel. Great bed and sheets. Quite guests. Wonderful self-check in.
