The room tiny. Barely had room for 2 carry ons¿. Had to crawl over the bed to get to balcony . No chairs on balcony. Common terrace dismal. Only 2 tiny paper cups in room. When I asked night attendant for glass or plastic glass told to find supermarket.

location, less than 10 mins walk to Passeig de Gracia (Metro station, Casa Batlló and big shops) about 15 mins to Plaza Cataluña (airport buses). Lots of bakeries and eating places and several supermarkets. Sagrada Família about 25mins in other direction. Not too noisy with the windows closed considering it's central position but I was there on a Tuesday night, not weekend.Junior suite a good size with a settee and a little balcony. Large comfortable bed.Staff helpful and friendly.Price good as I booked a way ahead but otherwise would be too much for me travelling alone. Would definitely stay again if I could get a similar price.Tea & coffee machine on the roof terrace between 7am-5pm but would have preferred if there was access to hot water all of the time.

Lighting was too fashionable. Lots of little lights but still too dim for me.Bathroom very compact and had to put towels on the floor to mop up the leaking water. If the overhead rose worked then i think this could be avoided. Hard Spanish pillow as usual, how do they sleep?Fire safety instructions/evacuation routes not clear enough.

The location of this place was amazing, surrounded by all coffee shops, restaurants and etc. It was close to most attractions. The rooms itself were well presented, they were being cleaned every day

The bathroom door isnt closing properly and there is always water going out.

Amazing location, nice rooms, friendly staff, balcony with the room. Will definitely go again when in Barcelona.

Check-in painfully slow - we did the online check in as suggested by the venue, but we had 3 guests in front who did not and delayed us even speaking to the reception by 45 mins!

The location is very centrally located and top.

The rooms are very small. Staff ‘forgot’ to clean our room despite leaving at 10am and leaving the sign out that says ‘clean my room’. When I asked for extra bottled water they said they didn’t have any despite the fat I saw a delivery come in hours before.

The location is perfect, this is what the hotel is about. Staff is really nice, very polite and ready to help.

Well, if you are planning to book a hotel simply for sleeping, that's the one. Standard double bedroom doesn't have much space and I think it is a bit annoying. If like space, forgetit, or try to book a biggest room, that one with the sofa. I believe I was lucky to have a proper ensuit, like the whole bathroom within the same space, so that's helped a bit, because the images show that there are some bedrooms that its pretty much bathroom separeted of the toilet, or something like that.

There was no air conditioning in the elevator, hallways or lobby, and the one in the room didn't cool enough.

Good central location, coffee on rooftop, some staff were friendly

The shower has a floor that is at the same level as the floor you walk on in the room. So water could leak out easily.

We loved the central location on La Rambla. It was easy to get around and close to the Gaudi House!

The shower could have been cleanlier and the windowsills had leftover cigarettes.

The location is great. The room are very small in the shower What leak onto the floor the sheet that was on the bed would always come off, and you’ll find yourself with your head on a dirty mattress.

There was one staff member. I can’t remember his name. He was very rude. When I told them that the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor. All that was offered to me, was a mop.

We were thankful for the elevator. The breakfast option can be ordered up to your room (sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, pastries with jam, nuts) and taken up to the terrace on the 6th floor if you prefer. There is a complimentary all-day coffee machine up there as well ! Our flight was later in the day and we were pleased that the hotel could hold our luggage until later on.

We had no complaints.

The shower was flooding the room every time I took a shower, I had to put towels on the hall way

Clean and comfy, the staff helped us when we needed advice. Location is great, near to metro station and connected to all metro lines. Street a bit noisy, but if you close the exterior shutters, you can’t hear a thing.

Even though the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were too soft and slim for our taste. From what I understood, they usually provide water in the mini fridge, but this time they were out of it.

Room was a tad small. Also the shower door leaked but when I explained this I was given extra towels and told someone would look at it.
