Close to attractions and transportation

Room was clean at first glance but corners of rooms had dust and floor wasn¿t clean. Kitchen was ok but not very well stocked, no potholders, towels. Felt like room hadn¿t been used in awhile and they didn¿t reclean before we checked in.

Very well laid out - simple but all that was needed was there.

No lamp or low light in bedroom which is needed for night / morning time.

Elevator, apartment was spacious and clean. Easy to leave and enter the building. Transportation fairly close by to get to all the attractions.. For the most of the time it was quiet apartment. Price was good for us.

Kitchen needed dish drying towels and dish soap. Knives were dull. Bed pillows were a hard not as comfortable, didn't care for the blankets for warmth. I thought I could wash my clothes somewhere, but I never found out where. Fortunately there was a laundry across the street.

Great location next to many supermarkets and metro stations. A comfortable, big and clean space. Also with good sound insulation and spacious balcony.

Great location near Encants metro on L2 and coffee shops/fruiterers and supermarket. Concierge was super helpful on our last day with keeping our bags etc.

Very Spartan in furnishing and second bedroom very small. I wouldn't want to cook a meal in the kitchen. Check in is all automated and in Spanish so was a challenge!

quiet place, wide door in elevator so we could go up with out wide two sits stroller. Close location to the metro . Good restaurants and cafe around.

The apartment was mostly comfortable, though a few small things were missing in the kitchen — such as trash bags, a general-purpose knife, and salt. Some of the furniture also felt unsafe for a toddler, but these were minor inconveniences overall. However, the listing states that laundry facilities are available, while in reality there are none on-site. Guests must use a service across the street, which cost us an additional 11 EUR for washing and drying.

The only thing that needs to be renovated is the shower floor.

Dirty, sheets, couch, plates, excessive price, kitchen was very dirty, the shower doesn’t work, hot water is basic and ran out very fast. We had to clean it when we were arriving at 11 pm

Everything. We got a two bedroom appartment.It was spacious and clean (high level).We were left bathrobe, hand and body towels as well as towel for bathfloor. Which was high 5.We self checked in, got a contactless card. It was easy and convient.The terrace was cozy and cute, bit small but didn't bother us. The view was great for us.Complimentary we got water upon arrival and there were salt pepper oil and vinager left as curtosy. It was quiet, peacefull.The location is high 5. Few steps away were the bus stops that had great connection throughout the city center. Few walking was a metro station.

The apartament is located really close to the Sagrada Familia & has a lot of coffee shops/restaurants and stores in its area.

The WiFi signal was nonexistent in one of the bedrooms, and the same bedroom was really small.

as other people mentioned, the apartment itself is great, its way more spacious than it seems on the photos, which is really great. Has all the necessary things you need, and even has extra room. Good location as well

I still rank this a 9/10 but i would really really recommend them to change the way people to the check in. Yes, they have a machine that helps with the check in, but it was hard to understand what to do at 1st and then it took quite some time, and we saw that it wasnt just with us, it was with other guests too. I would really recommend them to just have a staff to do the check in or at least someone to help, or make the process much easier, because it was a big let down when we just arrived. Apart from this, as i mentioned, the apartment itself is really great!

The self registration process was time consuming there was line of customers waiting.

Comparative cost was good. The neighborhood was nice.

Excellent location close to Metro station and Sagrada Familia cathedral. Lots of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. Spacious apartment, quiet area. Has air-conditioning and lift. Concierge service was helpful to leave our bags as we arrived before check -in time.

No washing-machine in the apartment, which wasn't a problem for our short stay but if you stay longer it wouldn't be convenient. There is a laundromat across the road however but no laundry detergent provided in the apartment.Kitchen was missing some equipment, eg no scissors, no spatula, no toaster. No handwash in kitchen (we took one of the bottles from the bathroom). No tea-towel to dry your hands on.Would have been helpful if some cleaning products were provided for the bathroom. We bought our own toilet bleach. The bathroom would benefit from some hooks to hang your clothes. The shower was a bit shabby and tired-looking, could do with an update.Although the living room and main bedroom were good sized, the second bedroom was a bit on the small side.WiFi was very patchy! Most of the time we couldn't connect.

The apartment is very spacious, well located and with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

The location is very close to all the shops. The apartment is on a very quiet street. The apartment is on the second floor, it is so clean, and the kitchen is big enough for us to cook and have our meals. It has a working oven and dishwasher. The fridge/freezer is huge. The bedroom is separate from the big lounge. The shower/bathroom is very good, with warm water and clean towels. I love it.it doesI highly recommend it to all, especially for a bigger family, as it comes with extra room.

Nothing serious... we were not told to use a lift. Perhaps it wasn't working at the time. We are on the 2nd floor, so not hard to get to our apartment.
