Helpful staff, close to transit and many excellent restaurants.

Very good location. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, calm place to sleep. The rooftop jacuzzi was nice to have. Metro stop to Sagrada Familia or to the airport just on the corner, La Ramba, cafes and shops nearby

Location was the best! Very close to everywhere walking just few minutes. Bars and restaurants, shopping Hop on hop off stop bus are very close to this place. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very noisy in the morning when we're cleaning empty rooms and shower liner could be cleaner

The entrance ramp at the door. I twisted my ankle walking in the door. And the breakfast was 14 euro, and more for me as an American converting from dollar. Other than that the facility was good. I would stay again.

Only issue i had was the receptionist we dealt with was rude, tried overcharging and adamant the bill wasn’t paid and when he did realise i had paid before, he then mentioned it was for only one night !! Which i then showed him the receipt and the booking via booking.com which stated 15-17th. Even after that it took him a few mins and then he said all that is needed to pay is city tax. No apologies, no you was right, nothing. Poor Customer Service !

Jacuzzi, location and staff 10/10

The hotel is very nice and modern, with its own unique style. Check-in was very easy and quick. The breakfast was spectacular, and the room was lovely, tidy, and clean—very comfortable for spending the night and resting after a long trip.

We didn't particularly like the hotel's location, but only at night. We felt we had to be very careful walking in the streets, and the surrounding atmosphere didn't impress us at all. However, in the morning and during the day, it's the complete opposite: the streets are beautiful, full of intrigue, history, culture, bars, and restaurants, and you can walk through them without any problems.

It's noisy, you can really hear what's going on in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. In a lively area but so quiet in the room. Clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay again

Location was excellent, 5 mins from university and Plaza Cataluna metro, 5 mins from La Rambla. Everything is walkable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but ate at 365, two cafes on the way to La Rambla, the 2nd has more room and fabulous ladies serving. There’s a great little bar about 500 metres towards La Rambla called Bar centric raval. Fantastic tapas, worth stopping for a drink and meal. Staff at the hotel including the cleaners were very welcoming. Rooms are basic but big and the bathrooms are unusually big, easy for 2 people to be in there at the same time. Jacuzzi a bit disappointing, we tried it one evening, a bit on the coolish side. We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Though right in the heart, there was no noise from street at all. Spacious and clean. Excellent walking distance to places of interest. Friendly staff and free bag storage
