Aparthotel Bcn Montjuic

Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and 15 minute walk to an art Museum And gardens.

Unfortunately, the purpose of booking this particular hotel was for the pool and gym. But upon arrival we were told that the amenities were not available. Also, the hotel was not accommodating when I had to modify dates due to flight cancellation.

The pool liner was tearing off and the water was turning green:( Bed matresses are much stiff and hard to sleep in.

Breakfast was delicious. Good food with lots of choices.Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for meal preparation. Staff very welcoming.

Why did they refund me my payment from booking.com and then charge me more at the hotel

Very friendly and helpful desk staff, clean room and great value for a family room. Walkable to many good eateries and train stop.

The location was good, staff super helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean.

The staff, the Pool, the location

Bedding was confortable and clean, nice towels enough space, allneeded amenities.

You have to take care of your own trash and that would not be a issue but a heads up when checking in would have been appreciated.

We are thankful to choose this hotel which we stayed for 8 nights and 9 days. It is a very quiet place, especially during the night time. It made it very memorable for the children to have the swimming pool that you can access in the morning, 9 am to 9 pm. We enjoyed it so much, and we will definitely come back . Thank you. Breakfast is delicious ?. It is very accessible to many restaurants, supermarkets and near to Arenas de Barcelona, Fira de Barcelona ?.

The breakfast variety could be improved

The staff was awesome. Very helpful and kind with recommendations on where to eat and how to get to attractions. Our room resembled pictures viewed on booking.com.We had an issue with our a/c out last night in the property and the front desk stuff promptly took care of the issue for us and it was already 11:30 pm.

Overall we were pleased with our stay

We had a fantastic stay at Apart Hotel BCN Montjuic! One of the highlights for us was the secure underground garage it made having a car in Barcelona incredibly easy and stress-free. The location is perfect, close to everything yet very peaceful and quiet, so you can truly relax after a day of exploring the city.The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. We also loved the outdoor pool a great spot to unwind, especially on warm afternoons.There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and access to public transport is super easy, making it simple to get around the city. Whether walking or hopping on the metro, everything felt close and convenient.Above all, the staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home right away.If you’re visiting Barcelona and looking for a quiet, clean, and well-located place to stay—with the bonus of a pool and private parking—I highly recommend Apart Hotel BCN Montjuic!

The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were especially happy that we could store our bikes in the parking lot. The stay was pleasant.

The bed was not comfortable.

This apartment had everything you needed to live comfortably - including a kitchen, dishwasher, fridge with a big freezer, pots, pans, dishes etc., a dining area, big balcony, and a pool on the roof. The 4 of us all had our own beds. Short walk to the subway and buses to the airport every 10 minutes. Good neighborhood on the fringe of the tourist area. Many grocery stores and a mall nearby.

The roof top swimming pool was lovely and towels were available for a deposit. Clean, spacious, well-equipped room. Comfy beds. Quiet. Easy to check in. Lovely staff. Well located for sightseeing.

The breakfast (optional and cost extra) wasn't really worth what it cost. Wish we'd gone to one of the nearby cafes instead.

The property is centrally located

My one-night stay in Barcelona on May 29-30, 2025, was disappointing. Despite a prime location, we faced a two-hour check-in delay, with staff claiming rooms weren’t clean. The customer service representative, was rude and made inappropriate jokes, only providing an available room after we threatened to contact Booking.com. The promised free Wi-Fi was unreliable. Overall, the poor service and amenities overshadowed the stay.

Not a big issue for us but the TV didn't work well.
