Location, reception staff very friendly and helpful

Room to hot air con not working, very basic,no usb for charging phone ¿¿and no light as the window are internal

Good location next to las Ramblas with Taxi, Metro Station and good restaurants.

You have to open the window to get cool air as there is only a heater. That makes the room noisy if you are located in the rooms facing the street. Try staying in the back rooms which is a less noisier.

Breakfast

The air conditioning had been turned off which meant that the window had to be left open. The street was very noisy lasting all night, Very little sleep! The A/C would have made all the difference.

Rooms were very small. Housekeeping, what is this not timely and on Soomdays nonexistent. For breakfast they charged ¿11 per person for what is the worst I¿ve ever experienced. The TV worked intermittently I would never go to this hotel again.

Difficulty with check in. Location not great if going out late at night as there were drunk homeless people walking around and sleeping nearby.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The location was great and central to the city for easy walking

The walls are a little thin, so there was a bit of noise from people closing their doors.

It's new

The rooms Air Conditioning turns off when the Key Card is not in the light switch, so when you arrive to your room in the afternoon it is very hoy and takes a long time to cool down. Very noisy doors, so it is certain to be woken up several times a night.

Amazing location at the bottom of Las Ramblas and 300 meters from the Drassanes metro. Easy connection to Sants Train Station and the Aerobus to BCN airport at Placa Catalunya. Beautiful modern renovation of a 19th century building. Great breakfast.

They put us in a two double beds room and would not move us to a king room even though the hotel was at half occupancy. Wifi is bad, even in the lobby (skype doesn't work). The shower tile had mildew stains. The tile around the toilet was dirty.

This quaint hotel is right off La Ramblas. Easy walk to wherever you want to go. The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting where to go and the best restaurants. Room is good size for a European hotel. Breakfast included!! Are you kidding me?

This is NOT what I expect from a 4 star rated hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. When I arrived the only king sized beds had interior facing windows that did not open.

The hotel and room were exactly like what I saw in the pictures. like that after hours the entrance door locks and only opens with your hotel card, this way no intruders can have access

The only thing I would have preferred would be instead of two sets of twin beds pushed together, it were an actual queen and/or king bed. I'm from the USA and adjusting to the European style was nice to me. But none the less the beds were still comfy.

It was close to Las Ramblas and the old town attractions but without the price of a hotel next to major attractions. Also the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast not included (?‚??5/day if wanted). Location seemed a little seedy but, in all fairness, compared to other Barcelona hotels most of them were that way. The room seemed a little small for a four star too but that's typical in Europe. Overall 3 star.

The location is perfect! Near two metro stations and commerce

The room where I stayed at had zero noise isolation. You could hear every door being opened or closed.
