simple stylish room. Everything worked well and the shower was one of the best ever. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Staff were exceptionally nice.

It took us a little while to understand the airconditioning but when we did, it was great - very quiet.

The air con was a challenge, was cold to sleep comfortably my first night, and then not the case.I was treated that I supposed to understand how AC works - I have central AC in my own home - and it is what it is. Nothing else can be done. Showers area is beautiful, but no tissue boxes for use, they give you a roll of toilet paper ? .. and the shower will suddenly during shower throw extreme hot water, hot that can burn you .. I suspect faulty shower faucet. Explained to the staff but again, I was treated as

Breakfast was not included in the booking but I paid separately. I liked the breakfast on the two occasions.

On a couple of occasions the water in the shower suddenly became very hot despite being on a comfortable setting at the beginning.

Nice boutique hotel in the interior parts of Barcelona. The personnel is very helpful, they helped us in various situations (provisional parking, ordering a cab etc.). The place is very close to local bus stations. One can find several restaurants and shops in the neighboring main street (Pg. de la Bonanova).

The water pressure is suboptimal, one can feel it during a shower when someone in the neighborhood is flushing the toilet. The separate tourism city tax is high (~7 EUR/person/day), it must be be paid upon arrival; obviously it falls out of the Hotel's responsibility.

The receptionist Maria was super helpful

Lighting was less. Breakfast was very sad. Far from tourist area and no goid public transport connections. Very basic.

We have left iPhone headspeakers in our room during the check out, but after returning in two hours we could not found them. Definitely they were kept but the cleaner, but hotel personnel just haven’t done nothing

I will not stay here...

The check-in experience was very poor. I was given the wrong key and walked into someone else's room. It was totally inappropriate. However, no apology from staff and overall very grumpy and sullen. The place felt cheap and shabby and the breakfast buffet was tragic.

The location is not central but for me the area was perfect, clean and tidy streets, beautiful buildings, very calm.The hotel met my expectations, the room was clean, the staff was helpful. The overall experience was perfect for a fair price.

The breakfast is not bad, but they could improve a little bit with some veggies and few more choices.But it is not a big deal.

The hotel needs renovation, I noticed a lot of stains on the walls and furniture, my key-card was very dirtyNot 4* breakfast, for example pastry was freezing cold

We spent two nights there. The first room was terribly noisy and cold. The second night we had a good room.
