The staff

The beds were not as clean. Specifically the upper covers of the beds had a smell.

The location was close to everything! The room was spacious and the multiple shower heads were wonderful after a long day of sightseeing.

No washcloths provided and breakfast was not included.

The best part for us was the layout of the room. We were traveling with adult daughter and there was a partition between her bed and ours. The location was great. Easy walk to the metro station and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The lobby decor was a little odd. It wasn't a deal breaker, just wasn't cozy or inviting.

All the receptionists very helpful & personally took the time/attention to see to one¿s requests.

Slippery shower stall. Requested tub mat & provided, but would suggest permanent anti slip improvement be made to prevent shower falls. one of the rooms smelled smokey/musty. Asked for air purifier, informed, could on done while guest not in rm.

It was our second time in this hotel where we love everything, location, room size, staff at the reception (Natalia, you are the best).

This time we were bothered by a very stinky smell from the shower.

Perfect location. A real gem of a boutique hotel in an excellent spot. Great rooms, comfy bed, clean and cozy. 100 % recommend.

The reception staff were exceptional. Although they were unable to accommodate our request for a twin room, they kindly provided us with an upgrade instead, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is convenient, close to Rambla de Catalunya and Plaza de Catalunya (very handy for the Aerobus to the airport if reaching Barcelona by plane). The bed was very comfortable, the décor was lovely, and the room was very well insulated, with no noise at all. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very central, kind staff, nice bed and amenities. Good and comfortable temperature. Our room could open the window, that was a plus. Easy to be accessed via metro from the airport.

The bathroom was clean, but was smelly. We even changed the rooms for that. What we were very thankful to Adrian. He heard our request and acted on it immediately. The second one was much better but still felt stuffed and smelly on the bathroom.

Noisy as there was construction/ drilling starting at 8am every weekday. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

we didn’t have light on the room and we got changed to another room and we didn’t even got the service that we paid for having one bed.

Great hotel, clean comfortable rooms, lift access, nice part of Barcelona, less than five minutes walk to the metro and less than ten minutes walk to the airport shuttle bus in Plaça Catalunya.A great base to explore the city

Continental breakfast - it's a very good continental breakfast, but that isn't my preference, so if you're expecting a British or American style buffet then skip it

Very comfortable, cozy and clean. Great location, friendly and helpfull staff.Argentinian lady was very friendly at check in and good service even at night with night shift guy too.

Bed was not comfortable, there's always light coming through the door and room is not well isolated, we could hear everything from next door's room.

Very comfortable and stylish room. I booked a small room but it was very big and spacious. A hand written note welcoming me was a lovely personal touch. Staff at reception went out their way to help with everything.

Room size was excellent with plenty of storage space

Breakfast hot items, bacon and scrambled eggs weren't the best

The two Reception staff I spoke to were very helpful with navigating down town Barcelona and concierge type work. Very friendly and spoke perfect English.
