Location, beauty, our only complaint was the cold expensive breakfast

Concierge was extremely helpful: booked taxis for us, booked tour tickets, and generally was a fantastic resource for getting to know Barcelona.

Location and room

The staff were so unprofessional. We arrived at 3 after long trip and our room was not ready yet. We booked a room with sea view, terrace and separate living area, unfortunately we got nothing of these.

Great staff.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3. Many things do not work, are broken, scratched or run-down. In only the first two days of our visit we've been locked out of our room nine times due to malfunctioning door locks. Poor first impression.

Dated rooms, bad service by the pool, noise by the pool area, terrible lobby bar food, had to look for a milk for my morning coffee at the room after room cleaning..etc a loti of little things that ruined my stay.

Friendly place, perfect for our purposes (business meetings), located on a quiet place upon a hill, no city noise. Not too far from the the city center, quite an uphill walk though, a taxi is recommended.

Location is beautiful and the property is so amazing with amazing staff Mohammed was a superstar! Food in the main restaurant was the best we had in barcelona

The location of Hotel Miramar - Montjuïc is lovely as it sits above Barcelona. It must have been beautiful Hotel when it was built.

On arrival, the Lobby was quite pleasant, but unfortunately the state of our suite, with lights not working, doors jamming, and the shower not functioning well, made for a sad and very expensive stay. When we mentioned our concern to the staff, we were advised that renovations will begin in December 2025.

Amazing hotel and staff. Great location and very accommodating for your family. Big rooms,Great facilities and relaxing atmosphere. The spa was fantastic. I don’t remember the name of the staff but the Thai lady that did my massage was fantastic and all the rest of the staff very friendly and professional. Our kids LOVED the pool and the food was great.

The terrace needed the weeds removed and the lounge cushions set up but we didn’t use it much anyway.

Located in a park Harbor and city views

A little removed from the Las Ramblas, shopping and the older part of the city

Lovely hotel. The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely, bedrooms/bathrooms were fantastic.

We booked the hotel specifically for its spa and wellness facilities given my husband had just completed an Ironman and would have benefitted from the spa. However when we asked they said they only had a pool and eventually admitted they had a sauna but it was out of action. This was very disappointing as we would have booked another hotel had we have known this was the situation.Our friend let the staff know about this but we received no response.

Everything! The staff were friendly and nothing was an issue - they all smiled which is an important factor for me. The spa was exceptional - Praji made the whole experience the best massage and she unlocked many areas of my neck , back and legs - in fact my entire body that I felt like I had A new body!!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like …but a few small and easily fixable improvements would help1. Ensure the breakfast selection is replenished as sometimes there was not enough fresh fruit2. Coffee took too long to arrive at breakfast - perhaps have a good quality self serve station to speed it up 3. More staff in the restaurant especially at breakfast.4. Beauty salon and hairdresser would help accompany the spa.5. Have an indoor or all year round pool.

Nice staffs, lovely view, and art gallery inside of the hotel

1. The restaurant food was below average. Better to eat outside of the hotel 2. There was an event running till 1 am with lots of loud music. I couldn't sleep at all. There was no written announcement on the website. 3. The room of the shower room was broken, so it was unable to be closed fully. 4. On my 1st day, the shampoo bottle was broken, so i couldn't use.5. I tried to call the reception via the hotel telephone 5 times, but nobody picked up during my stay.
