Hotel Medinaceli 4 Sup

Everything about my stay was perfect! The staff were great, the rooms were very up to date, had a mini fridge with a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from, as well as a safe. The breakfast options were absolutely over the top!

The location was great however no one helped us with our bags to the room. Appears they lacked a bellboy. And no ice machine but they were willing to get us a bowl of ice from somewhere. It was small so had to get more later. The room was clean & nice.

The front desk staff was very helpful in directions & also selling us hop on, hop off bus tickets.

The location is ideal. It's also worth noting its historic presents and the unusual art. Ut you will have to search the hotel to see all there is to see.

The noise outside can get annoying.

I liked the window in the bathroom. there is an extra bed. room was spacious. free water bottles prepared for guest.

There was not any coffee machine/pod nor coffee/tea in a room nor in a lobby.

The hotel was in a fantastic area, across from the port ,next to the Ramblas and in the Gothic quarter. So many interesting things with in walking distance. The hotel was nicely decorated and is in a historic building. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a very good ,centrally located , nice hotel.

The Location is very good..

The mattress and pillows were way to stiff (hard) and uncomfortable. My back and neck were stiff and achy after 3 night's sleep with them.

The room smelled awful and the carpet and bedding looked old and worn. The guys at reception.There is a lot of noise outside and doesn't seem to have noise cancelling windows.

No kettle. No paper napkins. One small water bottle for the 4 nights of my stay. Strange. Other hotels give 2 per person per night. The breakfast is expensive. I didnt take it, but had one in a nearby cafe for half the price.

The hotel let us checking in early. We arrived in the morning around 10 am.staff were friendly and helpful.

Because the bathroom was attached with a sliding door, there was sometimes a musty water smell in the room.
