Shower was superb!

Friendly staff and good location

Room was very small and quite tired and shabby. No hooks to hang towels up or much room to put toiletries,clothes etc. It was quite cramped.

Clean , location, staff and breakfast is wonderfull. Only room is small

The best part of this hotel was the location. It was close to everything. The front desk staff were also very helpful and always had a smile.

Firstly - my hubby and i are seniors and have travelled the world. I would not recommend this hotel. On this particular trip we visited Portugal, Morocco and Spain for 2 months. The room we were given was ridiculously small - we literally couldnt move and had to place our suitcases in the shower and drag them out when we wanted to wash. We paid over $2000.00AU for three nights - a joke. ! The breakfast - everything was gone no matter what time we came down - empty juice bottles, hot selection not replaced and when it was bought out it was cold. even the coffee machine had no beans. We constantly had to ask the girls to replace. im sorry to say that - considering the price - this would be one of the worst hotels we have stayed in

Everything, starting from the reception communication and ending the high level of comfort of the room.

1. In the bathroom the shower hose was leaking and sprayed water2. The drain was sored

Very confortable room, good space. Nice shower. Staff was really gentle and helpful. Wifi signal was strong and allowed me to work and do calls from the hotel when needed. Location was absolutelly perfect, easy to arrive by metro from the airport, different ways to move around the city, really close to the most iconic parts. Walked most of the time. The region offered a large variety of places to eat too. Enjoyed a lot, would repeat.

The acoustic isolation from the walls was a bit poor, you may hear some noises from the hallway or other rooms.

Excellent hotel, very stylish, good breakfast, we walked a lot, there are a couple of metro stations around - 7-10 minutes distance, the room had everything we needed.

I wish our balcony was looking onto the street rather than into the courtyard.

Very nice hotel and great value for the quality. Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia, which we also had an amazing view of from the balcony. Recommend getting a balcony room! Would definitely stay again.

The room was better than what we expected based on the pictures. The highlight was the spacious shower with a rain shower. Room was clean and tidy. Went in January (low season) value for money was great.

Very rigid about early check in.AC in the room didnt work and the room was way too hot.Breakfast was just ok.

Great hotel, great service, great stuff. Andres and Carlos are the best. They gave me free upgrade to the to with a balcony with a view in Sagrad de Famila when I just ask them.

Very modern and cosy hotel with friendly staff that will recommend great restaurants. Very well located with metro / bus / tram stops for you to discover the city in all its glory. The room itself was nice and modern with all needed amenities.

The sound isolation in the rooms could be better. Quite a lot of noise from upstairs / downstairs rooms. If there is a bit of movement from the beds, you can immediately hear it. You can also easily hear the cleaning crew when they are vacuuming the hallway in the morning. On a more personal opinion: I would have loved to have an actual double bed instead of two single beds next to each other.

This property was very well kept. My room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful. It is situated in a good neighbourhood with many restaurants and stores. Most of the main attractions were very close 20-30 minute walk. I had a balcony room which I would highly recommend.

I have nothing to comment here.

Walking distance to Família Batllo and casa mila. Room is clean n quiet.

The room was so spacious, location was amazing, really modern and cool interior. The staff were so friendly and attentive. It was my mums birthday and they brought cake and bubbles up to our room. Beds super comfy. Couldn’t fault it at all.
