Hotel Soho

Our room was extremely dark and not very clean. We also had a homeless man screaming below our room the entire stay and we were unable to sleep.

The location close to MTR, food market and the best tapa restaurant La Flauta. Walking distance to La Rambla and Gothic Quarter.

The cleaning service on Sunday morning was incredibly loud beginning at 9am.

I cannot imagine better staff--literally everyone was delightful and went out of their way to be helpful!

I would only point out that the interior rooms are quite dark. That was not of particular concern to me because I only used the room to clean up and sleep but you might want to keep it in mind when deciding which type of room you want.

S/B 2 instant coffee pouch instead of just 1. MAJOR concern :: strong unpleasant sewage odor from toilet floor drain. Heard sound came out == no U Trap installed. Unsafe n non compliant plumbing system. Must fix.

The hotel was lovely, clean, smaller. But what made it a truly enjoyable stay was Alessio and the front desk staff who went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. They were helpful and anticipated our needs.

I would stay again, well located, interesting design and the staff were great.

While I would absolutely stay again, I feel like some of the design features were prioritised over practicality. Who ever decided to put the toilet paper holder that low obviously didn't try to use it. The labels on the light switches had rubbed off.

The first room we had, with the patio view... it felt suffocating and dark... thank goodness the safe didn't work, because they changed my room.

Hotel was very clean, modern, and within close proximity to the key "hot spots" of the city. Also had parking right next door!

Although the hotel was very modern, it was too modern in the sense that we had to guess how most items worked in the room. Also, would have been nice if they offered cable TV channels instead of over-the-air where channels were limited.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect location and staff. Instead of checking out at 11:00 we could check out at 11:30.

The staff was very informative, friendly, and courteous. And the location was great.

We had a tub that drained extremely slow. When we reported it, and explained that the shower was draining very slow - we were told that someone would assist the next day. We never heard from that person.

Our room on the 4th floor constantly smelled either of breakfast buffet or sewage.

The best thing is the location. The room is modern and updated and overlooks the park.

They dont have an iron what the? Its very loud outside and there was a dog barking all night. The bed is uncomfortable.

Helpful front desk people. Very welcoming and polite. Gave good advice.
