The staff were great and very helpful and accommodating. The room was excellent and very comfortable.

It met all my expectations.

We liked breakfast and room. It supported our needs as a family of four. It was very clean and staff was far better than adequate, especially front office.

I did not like that i had expressed we would like an early check in due to a family of 4 travelling like for 7 hours. Our room was given to us 40 minutes after official check in hour (15:40). Also we left something behind and we asked hotel specifically to send it to us with guest (us) charge, but they did not comply with our request and send also one bottle of saline we had left behind on purpose, which opened during transport and ruined all staff that we asked hotel to send us with a big cost for us. Also, we did not like that in our room electrical supply panel was behind a wooden panel which was open.

Great location, clean premises and helpful, courteous staff. The rooms have characterful decor and we were especially grateful to the housekeeping staff who were always prompt and did a great job of cleaning our rooms each time!

Walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper it may be a good idea to bear in mind and ask for a more isolated room. The staff is responsive and were quick to address complaints.

The stuff was great and helpful, rooftop was a nice place to spend time at.

Bed was very small for two people: short and narrow, seems like smaller than standard 160x200 cm size, which is quite a discomfort for two people to sleep.

Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Location was amazing, in a quiet beautiful neighbourhood.

1) price has increased over 100%2) breakfast in Madrid was more varied and 1/3 the price vs Barcelona 3) bathtub wouldn’t drain, called about it. No one liked it so I put a fork into the plug to lift it so the tub would drain. Minor problem but for the expense I expected the problem to be fixed

Location was great. Located in a lovely part of the city. Room was a little small but was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and big enough with towels and a bath gown

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Mini gym was also great for a short workout. Location was good

I was shocked to learn that you do not provide coffee daily in the rooms! I travel for business weekly and stay in hotels 2-3 time a week. I have never encountered a hotel that will only give you coffee on day one and then charge you per capsule after that. As a bare minimum I would expect to be able to make one cup of coffee in the morning in my room. While this may seem like a minor thing , it matters to me and many people. You are not a cheap hotel and this is a tiny cost to you overall which should be included in the price of the room. Out of principle I would not stay again at your hotel which is a shame as everything else was great

The location was great, the room clean and comfortable beds. We had a balcony which was good to have and as it faced the back it was nice and quiet. The staff were super helpful

would have preferred walk in shower and not one over a bath. Also thought paying 1.5 euros for each extra coffee pod wasn't good. They should supply two per day.

Decent 4-star hotel. The price was expensive for what you get, but I guess that's what you get for Barcelona. Staff was very friendly, spoke English well. Room was good, slightly small, but clean and the inside amenities were quite up to date. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Nothing except the price. For the price, I would have expected more in general, but I understand this was in the heart of Barcelona, so seemed in line with other comparable hotels in the area.

We went to Barcelona for our daughters 9th birthday, who is a huge Barca fan. The staff in the hotel were amazing and particularly made sure she felt special. We stayed in the duplex family room, which has access to a semi private terrace and pool, which was amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and the staff there were wonderful also. The location is perfect, away from the heavy tourist areas with lots of great restaurants and cafes closely. We will certainly return.

Lovely hotel, architectural style of hotel was awesome. Exposed brink with modern finishes. Roof top bar was awesome with tasty food to enjoy. Gym was decent as well as the pool. Perfect location one block from La Rambla. Still close to sights and shopping but not heavy tourist area.

The service and friendliness of the staff was really exceptional! We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The room was very spacious and the interior design is very modern and tasteful.

the only downside was the lighting in the room if you are a woman trying to do your make up light was really bad.
