The room was small and dark, It was a back room and the bed was not very comfortable.
Nice location nice stuff clean we had nice balcony n view on the street
Noisy inside unfortunately , we hear all from other rooms , from corridor like it’s inside our room , woke up early because of noise , not for light sleepers for sure
The hotel is very centrally located and easy to find. You can enter the hotel 24/7, and the staff are located right at the main entrance, so there is always supervision. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, as well as multilingual. The room I was given was for two people and therefore very spacious! A free upgrade in hindsight - fantastic! The room had a view of the street and featured a mini-fridge with bottles of water, tea, and coffee that was replenished daily, a TV, a wardrobe with a safe, and a nice bathroom with a hairdryer.
I have no complaints about the hotel or its facilities. Be aware that the hotel is located on the edge of El Raval. For those who are not familiar with this neighborhood: compared to many other neighborhoods in Barcelona, El Raval has an increased risk of petty crimes, pickpocketing, and (mild) harassment. If you don't speak Spanish and/or look like a tourist, keep a close eye on your belongings and don't go out unnecessarily (alone) after dark. In short, just use your common sense. This, of course, goes for all areas in Barcelona. Finally, the hotel itself is very noisy. Almost every night, I was woken up by tourists returning to the hotel at 3:00 a.m., shouting and yelling. That is the only downside I have regarding the building.
Comfortable room and double bed; clean. Good location and close to bakeries and restaurants.
The optional breakfast is for the café/bakery next door which I personally didn't find appealing. There are other cafés/bakeries nearby that have better options.
I really liked the location of the hotel, as it was very close to Plaça de Catalunya and surrounded by supermarkets and cafés, which was extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that they allowed me to leave my luggage with them both before check-in and after check-out.
I didn’t like that my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and my allergy flared up for some reason during the stay.
Very well located, super friendly staff, nice breakfast
I booked a single room, which has a window with no view. The door of the room was not sound proof, so I can hear every small noise from the corridor, it was only disturbing in the morning, when the cleaning staff was talking during cleaning the floor.
Location excellent. Everything you need is nearby. Room was a bit small but for one person was fine. Not much room in the bathroom. But I'm a tall big guy. Highly recommend
Small bathroom
Location was very good I like it, easy to access principal avs stores places to go restaurants.
Would say, need care of what that means costumer service, sometimes front desk people were rude or maybe is the way they are? I m not sure, but feels like they were giving me a”favor” to help or answer some question. Justt saying
My stay at this hotel in Barcelona was very pleasant. The location is excellent — just a short walk from La Rambla and close to many restaurants, shops, and public transport options. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It offered everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit to the city. I left with a great impression and would consider staying here again.
The location is really nearby everything. 10 minutes walking from the EuroBuss running every 10 or 20 minutes to the airport. The personal at the reception were welcoming and useful. We arrived in the morning and could leave the luggage already at the reception till the room was available.
The phonic isolation is quite poor and we could hear (very disturbing) the flush of the toilet and the water taking from the tab. Is happen with the neighbors who cam back at 03:00 AM and we had to wake up at 06:00 to take the bus... There was a window, but no view other that the wall from the other room at about 2 meters away.
Personal was quite nice and it's perfectly central
The floor of the room was not clean, maybe just with a broom but it did make our socks or feet quite dirty
location is good. there was an elevator.
paperthin walls, i could hear the entire floor talking in their rooms and doing duties at toilet.
It was close to La Rambla
It wasn’t handicapped accessible. My husband has mobility issues
The breakfast was a disappointment because was in a coffee shop next to the hotel with very limiting options in low fat or healthy options

Central placement, easy check-in/check-out, nice personel
Other rooms are too noisy when using bathrooms, we got woken multiple times during the night due to restroom visits from other visitors. It was extreamly loud. Would be nice with an aircon guide.
The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly.
It looks like there is no sound insulation between the rooms so when someone takes a shower in their room it sounds like they are in your shower! The room I was given had a window overlooking the back side of the surrounding buildings with barely any light coming in. In combination with the choice of the dark colours for the walls and the size of the room, it feels rather claustrophobic to stay in. But luckily I had a very short stay and was there only for sleep so I was not bothered too much from all of this. The breakfast is served at a coffee-bakery shop next door but it is really limited (one glass of orange juice, a cup of coffee of own selection, and a small sandwich).
Location is wonderful
They didn't change our towels and I was disappointed not cleaning our table .
