Very good location

The large double bed was eventually 2 single beds pushed together. Not very comfortable

location, staff are so accommodating. location is so conveniently located near the palza catalunya aero bus stop. resto and shops are everywhere.

We received an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was nice. However, we have conern, but the staff assured us that there have never been any safety issues with those rooms, and they mentioned that other guests have stayed there without any problems. Still, since we were two ladies staying in the room, we felt slightly concerned about the safety.. We are gocen mx checked out time then paid extra 2 hrs as our flight is not until 9pm. room bit dusty due to keeping the balcony door open

The only good thing was the location.

I booked a double bed room, my bed had two single beds stuck together, it was so uncomfortable, hotel was noisy the staff hovering while asleep. The room was very small, there were no amenities. I was quite disappointed for the price I paid, I booked this as a super valentines gift but it was not what I expected.

Location, the room, everything was clean. The staff very helpfull

The restroom was seperated with a glass from the room and was a little bit wired but it was an another experience

Location

Service is horrible, people do almost nothing to help. There’s no structure if you need water, or a knife to make a sandwich in the room. We have food restrictions and sometimes we don’t find an appropriate place to eat and have to buy something at the supermarket, but they had nothing to offer to help with the food in the room, not even disposable things to sell.

Good , clean , right in the center , modern , friendly reception

Perfect location, we took a bus from the airport that brought us 5min walking distance from the hotel. Loved our room, we had a big privat terrace were we could take our morning coffee. Staff was great. Loved the the livelihood of this neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, very helpful staff. The rooms are well appointed and much bigger than expected for a central BCN location. walkable to most main attractions and various good restaurants.

It was clean and the beds very comfortable.

1 tiny lift that every time we tried to use it was full of hotel equipment. No tea or coffee in the rooms. Tea available with a water machine downstairs but no milk or sugar. May seem petty but I’ve never known a hotel without some kind of drinks facility in a room.

Location was amazing, right beside the Rambla. Lots of cafes and shops on the doorstep.

The shower was poor and hard to work out. The room was very small for two people.

I liked the location and overall the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that they didnt sell water, however they had a water machine in the lobby where you could fill in glasses of waterThe second day of our stay the warm water stopped working and we didn’t have any water to get washed. We called the receptionist and they kept on telling us it will be fixed but it never did. I had to get washed with cold water

They provided an upgrade

Only the Location

Staff, The elevator was out of order for two days and wasn’t repaired, and there was no apology, no notice, and no update. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Considering it’s a 3-star hotel, it’s very, very expensive.

Excellent location: Rambla on one side and Angels with all the main stores on the other. Also very close to the main square, where most major shops are located. Staff was very friendly

Very poor noise insulation. I could hear everything my neighbors were saying in their rooms and how the doors were being closed. Unfortunately, I had an especially loud neighbor who spent four hours on the phone right next to my door, which was quite disturbing.My room was located next to the church, so every 30 minutes I had to listen to the “ding-dong” sound.The shower design was inconvenient: water was flowing directly onto the floor, leaving everything wet. The mixer was also confusing to use.There was no wardrobe in the room, so I had to keep all my clothes in the suitcase.No complimentary water in the room, not even a bottle. Also, there was no kettle. But there was a water dispenser at the reception.The elevator was extremely slow, which made getting in and out of the hotel less comfortable.

The room was clean and suitable for an overnight stay.

Our Uber driver dropped us 3-blocks from the destination. He pointed to us where the hotel was, indicating a short walk that he couldn't drive to, he was wrong. The hotel is in on an alley-like street. We could not get an uber, but the hotel staff was able to call for a taxi. They offered no wash cloths nor body wash, only bottles of shampoo.

Great little hotel, conveniently located near the Ramblas on a street that’s quiet at night.

Everything was amazing and more than I expected. 10 points from me for all (and I am a very demanding person. :) )
