- No phone, no coffee maker, no ice machine, had to leave key at front desk everytime you left room, like warm water, bare bones room. Maybe would do better as a hostel versus a hotel.
- Yes, that they charged us twice. Please return one of the payments asap. We already contact the credit card customer service dept. Thank you hotel employee! I'll recommend the hotel as soon you return the money to our credit card. Thank you,

Excellent location close to everything. Just a walk away from Las Ramblas, and Plaza Catalunya amongst everything else. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Window view was beautiful. Heard Cathedral bells every hour. Friendly staff.
Shower curtain was filthy, yellow water leaked to the bedroom from shower, shower head did not work properly. Elevator got stuck between 1st & 2nd floor. Had to call emergency to get repairman to get us out. Run down overall.
