Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was good for our needs.

We were not so interested in the breakfast and preferred to go out instead for different/better selection. Our room was at the front of the property low down and so there was some street noise.

The room was very clean, people were very kind and the breakfast very very good with a bid variety of food Nice location close to harbor, La Rambla and Metro !!!

The bed matrix was too stiff and the pillows too thin !!Not good for sleep !!!There was a smell from the kitchen when preparing the breakfast at around 7:00am coming under the room’s door gap !!

The was so much noice we struggled to sleep, walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything form other rooms and outside. There was construction and maintaine in the room next door we heard power tools and drilling, it was not relaxing. We then complained to the desk and they dismissed und refused any apology or compensation.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Quiet area and close to both the Bay area and center of town. The personell are very sweet.

The rooms are quite generic. The breakfast is good (except for the coffee) but it’s extremely tight, and you bump into people all the time. They’ve squeezed in far too many tables in a small space. Also, the music is very high, which is quite disturbing.

The property is small but is cozy. The first hotel I’ve been to with free water and wine..i really like this hotel .

Bed a bit too firm, not good sound insulation between rooms, and unfortunately our neighbours were a bit noisy.

Secure and cute room. They have a great selection for breakfast.

The bed was rock hard and super uncomfortable. Also no fridge!! The tortilla de patatas at the breakfast bar always looked old.

Very good location near the metro station. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage available after check-out. Delicious breakfasts.

It was quite chilly in the room, especially during the night and early in the morning. We stayed there in january when outside temperature in the evening dropped as low as 5 degrees celsius. AC was pretty noisy and not that efficient. Blowing warm air just few inches from the grid. Not too bad and not a big deal. People from maintenance tried to fix it, but no joy. The front office offered us room change, but we decided to stay with extra blankets :)

I was unable to complete my reservation because they requested my credit card information as a guarantee, despite the fact that I had already paid in full. I declined to provide my card details for confidentiality reasons, and as a result, they refused to issue my room or refund my payment. Many thanks to Booking.com for their support. ?

Front desk staff were very friendly and kind We wanted to leave our bags at the hotel because we arrived early . They allowed us to do so. . They were very helpful in our requests. Hotel was Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was what I needed. Lots to choose from. Excellent location to the port for our cruise!

The location was very convenient for us, we traveled a lot by foot. The room was clean, the towels were changed every day, even though we didn t request it. The breakfast was good, coffee excellent.

We liked everything. Something to improve maybe the small breakfast area, the space between the tables is a bit too tight. The lack of carpet in the room in january was a bit unconfy but the slippers were a big plus!!

Lovely, comfortable hotel in a convenient location near the port. Bed was incredibly comfy and it was so quiet.

We arrived at night and the surrounding area wasn't the best.
