Casa Elliot Hotel

Can't beat the location.

The bed was AWFUL. It was like sleeping on a cement block. If I had to stay more than two nights, I would have left and found somewhere else to stay.

Was put in a room in the front of the hotel facing the Main Street. For a 4 star hotel you expect to have little to no street noise and it was extremely noisy I asked to change to a room in the back but had to wait an extra night.

For a 4 star hotel the amenities were lacking. No pool no gym or bar. Only a 18 euro breakfast was offered. Also the rooms facing the street were extremely noisy for a 4 star hotel and had little natural light.

The hotel is fairly modern, and is located very close to a Metro stop and is an easy walk to Las Ramblas.

The walls are a little thin, so it can sometimes be a bit too easy to hear inconsiderate guests, but this is the fault of the guests themselves rather than the hotel.

Friendly Staff. Gave great directions for places I wanted to go to.

Not the Hotel but booking my pick up from the airport to the hotel was not good. They got the date wrong. I sent the email that conformed the date & time. They apologized, however, They canceled my returned & never got back with me. Had to get a taxi.

Hotel (build) was fine, but that's about all.

Staff attempt to invite (induce) us to bfast only to slap ud with ~$25 pp tab. Fix to ac not working was to "set thermostat to cold".

I loved the location and enjoyed the staff.

the walls are paper thin and i head everything happening in the rooms around me. keeping me up one night till 5am. if you like to rest, go somewhere else.

Clean, well managed. Beautifully designed

Amenities were stingy... no soap for example. Rooms were small

Doesn’t have gym, staff was friendly but. It overly looking to help.
