The location is very nice - close to everything.

We were in an old room, the shower spilled water in the entire bathroom floor, and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The balcony had poor chairs, they were totally ripped and teared apart. Disappointed.

Excellent service with a personal touch. We were welcomed with a smile and they answered all our questions. The hotel is very clean, accessible, close to everything, and located in a quiet area.

The room was spacious, very clean, and well designed, with comfortable bed and great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, calm, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay extremely relaxing. The location is excellent and very well connected, very close to Gaudi houses (Battlo and La Pedrera).What we enjoyed most was the overall atmosphere — welcoming, elegant, and comfortable — combined with the high level of cleanliness and care.

We had a small issue with the AC in the room, but the manager responded immediately and kindly offered us a room upgrade, which we really appreciated.

Location was great for walking to sights. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.Rooms were beautiful, but some were not of the best or most convenient design.

One room had no shelves, very little storage, poorly designed.

Room was cold . Heating system was not working very well. Insulation was also not okay. We heard lots of noise from outside. and room was not so comfortable. Cleaning was okay .

One of the rooms had a window without an opening option. Upon request, we received a handle to open it. The lighting in the room was inconvenient, as it all turned on or off together

A good small breakfast bar, but a fair price of 19€ for all-you-can-eat buffet. Good soundproofing windows. Free luggage store service.

The socket near the bed was only on one side, and it was not working. There was only a tiny bathroom trash can with no trash sorting. When I first checked into the room, it smelled of chlorine I think. Doors not at all soundproof, I could hear everything inside the room. Had a room on second floor and could hear underground train passing by every few minutes - warning for light sleepers.

That it wasn't warm enough on our visit to swim in the rooftop pool! But that wasn't the hotels fault. Nothing notable not to like. Maybe too many lights? But really not a deal breaker.

It felt like sleeping in a carton box! You can hear everything from other rooms, also housekeeping staff were screaming all the time which felt like they were sitting next to my bed. I honestly didn’t have a full night sleep for 4 days! Additionally the room has one electricity socket next to bed which was loose, I had to tie the cable in order to keep it hold. The bathroom was not clean well after the previous guests. In general my stay was really bad

I think the pool should be heated... my partner and I got a really bad cold from swimming in the pool and both had to make a 20 hour long travel back to Australia with a bad cold.

There is no bathroom fan/extractor and door scraped on floor and didn't shut properly.

I loved the terrace feature that provided great views. The room was so clean and stylish with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious and good quality toiletries were provided meaning I didn’t have to use my own! Location is ideal for those wanting to be close to everything, we were in walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shops and the metro was a 10 min walk which meant we were able to get everywhere easily.

No water or snacks were provided in the room.

The room was very bright and spacious. Everything very pretty and thought on detail. It was quite clean and they had all the toiletries including tooth brush and a small toothpaste, shower cap and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash all from Rituals. The staff was exceptional, very very polite, we left the baggage there in the morning, and also the day that we were leaving. They also offered to stay to the lobby till we went off to airport. Very good location, it is a 9 minutes walk to casa batllo, and everything is quite near. I highly recommend this hotel :) very pleased!
