The location and the view was great.

The air condition did NOT worked. After contacting customer service, I was told that there was no technician that could fix it, so we had to use a fan that didn't really kept the room cool. We wanted to change rooms but we were told no available rooms

Close to Sagrada Familia. Requested an upper floor with balcony while booking but was told upon check in that all rooms were booked. Wish I was notified before so i could have found another hotel.

Everything looks outdated.Hotel especially the lobby needs a make over.The construction outside made it worse. Breakfast buffet is overpriced with little choices.

one of the best. We arrived early and had us stored our luggage while visiting Sagrada Familia which 5 mins walk from the hotel. Restaurants are also around SF area. There¿s so many pending constructions though in the area.

That man next door is making so much noise and we can hear it loud and clear from our room.

The location

Room was super tiny & oddly shaped and for the price - I wasn¿t happy. Walls thin. I know the staff was busy but they weren¿t personable. Room had hair in it and things from precious customers. Small elevator. Overall the only thing good was location.

The cleaning staff placed my hair straightener in the bidet, which was absolutely disgusting A guest came up to us to inform us that our room was left open while we were gone for the day On the last night we returned to our room smelling like cigarets

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Provided answers to questions and assistance with the purchase of tickets to tours, dinner reservations, taxi, etc.

The air conditioning was not yet functioning for the spring. Heating system was still running and according to staff could not be switched over on for an individual room. Also, we found ants had invaded the room when we were getting ready to leave.

The location was excellent. The bathroom shower was lovely

The bed was uncomfortable, very hard. Would have liked an Iron in the room. The room was next to the road, so very noisy.

The view was absolutely incredible, could not fault the comfortable beds either!

The tv was quite dated and the floorboards were loose and slipped around a lot. The sink plug was also stuck down so the water took forever to drain.

They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Thank you for the beautiful room with a great view. The location is 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia. The metro station is right next to the hotel, making transportation very easy.

There is nothing we didn’t like

The room was beautiful and very comfortable (view from the taras was breathtaking), and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you, Analy, for making my visit truly memorable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

A bit far away from the center and the parking is not easy

We just had one unhelpful resteraunt staff member, who wouldn't accomodate 4 of us for breakfast so we ate elsewhere. We did let reception know, who appologised on their behalf.

We stayed in a room with a terrace and a view to the Sagrada familia which was great. Room was big and so was the double bed. It was nice sitting on the terrace in the evening after a long day sightseeing. Everything was very clean and I must praise the cleaning staff for their job. Staff at the lobby were very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room.

The room was comfortable and I could see the Sagrada Familia from the room Window. The breakfast was delicious. The Reception staff was very kind and helpful.
