AC Hotel Victoria Suites

A rundown building, not close to metro or shops

I loved breakfast, great variety, friendly staff,

I would not recommend this hotel due to the location, no accessibility and no decent scenery.

I didn't like the location. The pictures on the booking website are somewhat deceiving. The hotel is directly in front of apartments. Our room was directly across the street from the apartments with no privacy. Also, the hotel guests have to walk half a mile or more or take a taxi to get a decent meal or shop.

My stay at the AC Marriott was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and even came with its own terrace, which was a great touch. The facilities, especially the restaurant, were very good and added to the overall experience. A special mention to Fernando at the reception—his outstanding customer service truly made the stay even better.

Nothing, that I can think off.

The rooms are nice

Bathroom not clean and we asked twice to be cleaned but nothing happened

The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly Hotel is outside of city in very comfortable place

No thing

Located very close to Maria Cristina metro station and in a quiet part of town. Good rooms and facilities.

It’s a bit away from the main hub

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The room is spacious and great value in terms of the amount charged. 10-minute walk from a nice department store.

There is limited facility.

Super clean and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious. A little further from the downtown area but prices were better and more than made up for it.

The AC was not working and the issue was not fixed. We had to sleep with a fan they provided as part of their solution.

The room I had was on the ninth floor which made it very quiet and peaceful. I did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that but the restaurant seemed quite popular. The room was immaculately clean, the linens (bed and bathroom) were perfect. I chose this hotel because it was far from the center and in the Pedralbes neighborhood (which I was familiar with) and I'm glad I did. I would stay here again.

I have no comments here. It's a perfectly sensible and efficient corporate hotel.

Huge comfy bed, gorgeous balcony view

Not helpful when we asked for local restaurants

Very problem free. Room available on arrival, parking helpful Reception staff very helpful

Good size flats, cozy, not crowded

Location is closed for Barcelona University, quiet and safe, room is big and comfortable.

- Very comfortable bed.- Clean.- Location close to public transport.- Kind personal.

Actually we liked everything but just minor issues-The breakfast could be a bit more varied: everything was exactly the same for 5 days.- A hanger for hand towels would be fine.

The serenity of the area, the warmth reception of the staff. The room was very spacious and met my expectations.

The room is spacious with excellent facilities, the surroundings are quiet, there is public parking available downstairs, making it very convenient for self-driving. There are restaurants and large shopping malls nearby, offering great value for money.

The room is quiet, spacious and clean, with a separate working area, which is great for a work trip.

The only bummer during my stay was that there was no hot water for over an hour on a winter morning, forcing me to take a freezing shower before heading out to work. I ended up catching a cold. The hotel didn’t warn guests about the outage, and staff offered no apology when I reported it.

Room was.nice but food options weren't

Slow service.
