- Location, 3 min walk from Urgell Metro - Size, the room was a good size. - Staff, staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were efficient. - Tea/Coffee facilities good.

- I would have liked a fridge in the room

The rooms were clean, staffs are friendly, the breakfast was very good.

No shuttle bus service.

The bedroom was smaller than in the pictures and I though I paid for the breakfast also but it was not included.

Nice Hotel! Big clean room, window that opened to the street for sun, friendly front staff, secure building. Metro Station one block away.

It’s about a 25 minute walk away from the historical areas. Metro Station is a block away so that’s a plus.

Helpful friendly staff, very clean room and hotel, good buffet breakfast and good location for sightseeing.

Rooms were very warm and only one pillow per person on the bed.

One of the night receptionists was rude and apathetic, condescending even. His behavior was frankly unacceptable.All of the others were absolutely lovely people fortunately

Amazing location, you are very near all the attractions, excellent neighbourhood, lots of places to have a coffee, staff that work in this hotel are THE BEST. I ever had in any hotel!!! Thank you all!

Cleanl and quiet rooms, mostly friendly staff (except for one), great location, comfy bed.

Terrible wifi. I had to keep leaving my room to go down the hallway to get wifi. The staff member to whom I spoke brushed it off like it was my fault.

The Bathroom was great

It was dirty, the AC didn’t work and they didn’t bother to fix it

The hotel is good, and we had everything we needed in the room.

However, we had some unpleasant experiences with the hotel staff.On the first day at check-in, the man at the reception informed us that we needed to leave a €100 deposit or provide a credit card number in case of any damage to the room. Since we weren’t aware of this beforehand, we wanted to check our reservation details in the confirmation email. Instead of calmly explaining the policy again, the receptionist responded emotionally and said, “I don’t like you because you don’t trust me.”We were shocked by this reaction, as it’s quite normal — especially when traveling — to verify such conditions before providing personal or financial information. His behavior felt arrogant and unprofessional, and he didn’t offer any proper explanation or solution, only emotional remarks.A similar experience happened the evening before our check-out. We had an early flight and needed to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM, but breakfast was included in the price for all three nights. We politely asked if it would be possible to have at least coffee and a croissant before leaving. The man at reception reacted very negatively, telling us we had no right to ask such things and that we don’t consider the staff, who would have to start earlier.We believe that offering a simple croissant from the previous day’s breakfast would have been a much easier solution than speaking rudely to guests.

It’s convenient! Perfect location, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean room, crispy sheets, friendly stuff, tasty breakfast. I’m very happy with my stay.

The hotel is very nice, is very well located. (40 minutes walk to la sagrada familia for example). Very clean! The cleaning people came everyday to change the towels, to make your bed. The breakfest is very good. People fron the reception knows english and spanish and they were very nice. The man in charge with breakfast was very nice with people. In the room you have all what you need: shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shavings, even a comb. Sincerely the hotel is nice for some days to visit Barcelona.
