Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful

The canteen was available at all times with hot beverages so we can sit down and relax.

I like the staff, the location and the bedroom in general. Everything was clean. I like the free tea they offer, and they even gave us a bag to buy groceries. I love it :)

Unfortunately in our last day there was a huge storm and wind in Barcelona, so part of the ceiling in the bedroom started knocking on each other because of the wind. I couldn't sleep. But of course this is not the hotel's fault.

Great location 10 minute walk to Train Station and easy access to Metro. Plenty of bars and supermarkets around. Good provision of complimentary drinks.

Very close to Sants railway station in a quiet street. Free coffee in lounge. On the edge of a very elegant part of the city. Good access to the centre.

No rooms with walk- in shower.

We had a family room that was ample but the bathroom had no ventilation, after a shower the bathroom floor was humid and slippery. the extractor fan didn’t work. Other than that, everything was very good and the staff amazing

Very nice staff and super friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, all you need is there.

My purse was left behind in the cab, the driver of the cab contacted the hotel and wanted to give this to the reception, but the lady at the reception did now wanted this, so I was contacted by the driver to late, when I was at the airport already.

My room is perfect 100%but the free water in my room i think it sitting there for too long and i didn't like it because it has Bad-smell

Dirty socks of previous guest under the bed, dust room, dirty toiletseat, hairs on the pillows, free coffee but only caramel flavour. No mini fridge in the room, no water kettle in the room.

Location was excellent. The room, though a bit small was certainly adequate, especially clean.. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is only a small quibble: the room and wardrobe doors make a fair bit of noise. This place would be a 10 with a little sound dampening.

The people in reception were cery friendly and helpful.Overal the room was comfy for a one-night stay.

I rented a room in this hotel because of the bathtub. It was there as promised, however, I expected it to be in a better stay. You see that rooms haven't been renovated, peeling off ceiling and the small of dampness didn't help me to enjoy the bath.The breakfast was a slight disappointment too. For a vegetarian at least. Honestly for such price I expected much more. In comparison, 1 night stay in Edinburgh for the same proce felt like I were a queen.

close to the Barcelona Stants. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. They serve free tea w lots of flavors. Spacious room. Lucky we got a balcony to see the outside view. 1min away from the laundry shop where you can wash your clothes for few euros.Reception speaks in English too. Property has a lift - so no worry if you carry big luggage.
