Hotel was conveniently located close to cruise port and also located in the heart of everything at the best price possible for a quad room which was 4 single beds. Staff was helpful and allowed us to store our bags when we were off cruise ship early.

Great location, very good hotel. Basic but modern and clean. Not sure why only 2 stars. Staff is friendly and professional.

Sometimes the street outside is noisy at night.

Excellent central location close to Metro and attractions. Airport bus just a 5 minute walk away. Hotel staff lovely, everyone very polite and friendly. Room was comfy. Nice to have a kettle in the room.

A chair on the room would've been good.

The location of the hotel was superb, two minutes from the Plaza Catalunya. Neighborhood was very quit during night. The room was equipped with all the necessary things and very clean.

There could have been more storage space, but for two days stay at Barcelona it worked perfect with us.

It is very close to metro and you can walk anywhere from the hotel! The room is clean, a bit chilly in winter but they give you an extra blanket which is very cozy.

The heating is not really warm, and towels are fresh but they smell a bit weird to be honest.

Sleezy and rude staff.

Not at all like the photos. Felt sleezy. Dark and grubby. Rude woman at reception.

Great location. One block off the Plaza Catalunya for the hop on /hop off bus as well as the airport bus. Very friendly staff. Roomy room! Clean facilities with a lounge that has a microwave, dishes, and utensils for heating food.

No breakfast but there were plenty of places close by.

I thought the location was great, however it was like a NO FRILLS hotel. Also difficult using elevator. No tissues in bathroom etc

I really liked the location, which is convenient and well connected, as well as the cleanliness and overall comfort of the accommodation. The environment is quiet and met my needs during the stay.

There was nothing that negatively affected my stay, just a few small details that could be improved to make the experience even better.

Very central location, room was exceptionally clean, cleaner actually cleaned the rooms on Christmas Day!!

The location is just perfect. Close to the subway, the aerobus (bus to the airport), las ramblas and plaza Catalunya. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom is big and the shower is really good.

The room is not soundproof. It is possible to hear sounds from the hallway (doors slamming), the room from upstairs, and from the street.

Room very small. I would prefer a shower rather than a bath with a shower as it was difficult to get in and out of because of bath screen and could be a potential slip/fall hazard

The location was excellentvery central and easy to reach all the main spots in Barcelona. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff at reception were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel felt safe and well maintained.

The room was a bit small and the walls a little thin, so we could hear some noise from the hallway at times. Other than that, everything was good.
