There is nothing to complain about this hotel. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

The bed was very nice, very spacious.

For a 4-star hotel I felt the bathroom was very basic. The TV also wouldn¿t work with screen sharing content from my phone, when it said it could.

'Hotel employee clean rooms and great staff. Very helpful, spoke English and were just so super friendly. Being next to La Maquinista was great too. Lots of places to shop/eat after long days of work.

If I had to pick something I'd say I'm not a fan of the partial glass shower door thing. Tended to get lots of water on the floor. Other than that it was perfect and this is such a minor complaint.

We love the location (next to subway and suburban train directly from the airport, next to mall with restaurants). The premises are clean and the staff is very friendly.

No coffee maker in the room.

Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptional — always helpful, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Nerea, Ceaser, and Fabrizo – you guys rock! They patiently guided us through all our queries, and it was a pleasure communicating in English so effortlessly.The location was a bit away from the city centre, but thanks to the nearby bus and metro connections, getting around was simple and convenient. The mall next door was a huge bonus, offering plenty of dining options and a large supermarket for anything we needed.I stayed on one of the recently renovated floors, and everything was spotless with a modern, elegant design. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I loved the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming.Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!

The location was very nice and next to a large mall with shopping, restaurants and a full grocery store. The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The service and food were extremely good. The facility was beautiful and well managed and maintained. There was even a scale to weigh your luggage.

The lobby was a little small, but there was room in the dining room to gather and sit for extra space.

How clean it was, the staffs are nice and the facts that it was so easy to use the bus as it was just 2mins to any bus stand from the hotel. I would definitely come back ??

Absolutely Nothing

I liked the rooms, the location it is next to a busy mall, the mall had parking space sinds the one at the hotel was always full . We slept ok, the ac was not cooling properly , the rooms can get really hot during the day .

That they did not mention on booking.com that you have to pay 200 euros per dog and that the dogs cannot be together in a room , our dogs are never appart which was horrible to accomodate them they where anxious the whole stay, They charge your credit card for the deposit instead of authorizing it which would have been more logical .we had to wait for 3 days before we could see that the deposit was returned in our account.!We paid the deposit in cash for one room that we did get back at check out, maybe add that to booking .com so there are no " surprises" at check in .

A challenge with getting there from the metro and knowing what buses to take

Wonderful friendly staff, beautiful and comfy rooms. Loved the rain shower. Room included a safe and mini fridge and plenty of storage and shelving space. Breakfast was a great spread.

Little further from downtown, but 10 min. Walk to the metro.

Hotel is a bit farther from downtown than we would have wanted, but that's our fault. Hotel was a bit pricy because of an event downtown.

Clean property, Rooms have bidet for middle eastern and Italians :)

Staff are scammers, with my respect.We have booked our stay without breakfast included, when we arrived to the property to check-in, they told us breakfast is included and the pool as well, so we went to have breakfast the next day staff got us out of the buffet because we don’t have a breakfast Included and they told us it costs 19€ per person, although one of the lobby staff told us its included.The day next we wanted to access the pool, I see on booking that there’s a pool access, but when we went down they also asked us to pay a certain amount of money to access the pool, please note I went to multiple hotels around the world, this is the first time I see residents needs to pay to use the pool. Same day, we went to lobby to have drinks, the barista is the only one working along with the chef, she serves orders and takes order as well and prepare drinks.We waited around 20 minutes to get 3 drinks, and waited another 20 minutes to pay for the drinks!And one last thing, which is very annoying and this is a pure scam to the visitors, we asked the guy working in the lobby for a taxi to transfer us from the hotel to Girona Airport, we asked him about the prices of the taxis in general and how much will it cost us approximately if we ordered the taxi, he answered “50€ plus minus” and we have payed 158€, if he was honest with us from the beginning we could have ordered uber for 89€ I called the reception when I arrived the airport and I told her about our problem and not to scam tourists, and as a hotel they should have honesty with their customers, we also payed a good amount if money for our stay!

The location was nice. I'm just behind the Westfield shopping mall. Restaurants were just good ? Breakfast is well with many fruits and nuts. In fact, they have the best buffet.

Bed was large room was cleaned regularly

For this price breakfast should be included and booking said it would be as clicked breakfasted included. Even when you get breakfast omelette is burnt and Staff are rude. Be aware location is far from city center and takes long to reach. Bathroom has odd design with adjustable screen window and not containing water. Staff say they will let the manager know about concerns and no follow up. Got a call for somebody when asked hotel staff they said it was somebody within hotel not sure how out of all guests they called me in the middle of the night

Everything about the property was excellent. Good location, good staff, reasonably priced all you can eat breakfast and good rooms

The service was awesome. They were able and willing to move us to a handicap room after I had forgotten to book it. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

Truly, the only thing I didn't like was the single beds pushed together to make a king-size bed, but this is more European than the hotel.
