The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and high quality food. Beds were comfortable and room was clean..

Bathroom needs exhaust fan. Three people showering made room very humid and the temperature was set warm enough it was uncomfortable, leaving the window open helped some. With three in the room it would also be preferable for bathroom door to close rooom.

Wifi is a little funky. Maybe it was a bad day. Also, the walls are super thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms.

Tiny lifts! A shower chair would have helped (we did ask).

Breakfast is great: diversified with local and international cuisine and well organized.Restaurant was really clean and well organized.The personell are really helpfull and doing a great job.

In the suite, the retractable couch is not really usable for a confortable sleep (the hinges of the couch are making a lot of noise; the matress is not even).

The rooms are modern and well maintained. Breakfast has a wide selection of fresh items, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The stay was good overall, but being on the first floor, the windows weren’t very soundproof, and street noise was quite noticeable.

The beds are amazing and the room looked very clean. I like how the walls had a painting thing that isn’t a overkill.

Every good so far. The only odd thing I found was that there only half of a shower wall thing so if the shower head not position correctly water can seep outside the bathroom. But overall I am satisfied with the visit.

Stuff was very kind and helpful. The location is good to navigate well the city.

The gym working hours are pretty strange from 9-22. Not helping with early morning excersize or late night.

The main bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a plentiful and satisfying selection. The staff was nice. Loved the balcony, would have liked 2 chairs and a table on it.

The jacuzzi tub looked promising but didn’t work. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Clean and comfortable room and decent blackout curtains meaning our 5 month old slept really well.

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good.

The cleaning person always messed up my personal stuff in the bathroom.

Sound proof. I stayed on the first floor and could hear the cars outside at nights and early morning

Staff were very friendly, very polite and went above and beyond to see to our needs. We arrived before check-in time and as we were a family with a young child, the cleaning of our room was prioritised which we thought was excellent service. Breakfast was very nice and varied. Location excellent. Near the train station which takes you straight to the centre of Barcelona.

Pillows need to be slightly firmer.

Nice staff, trying to help. Location-nice safe neighbourhood out of the center, but well connected with public transport not too far.Very good diversed breakfast.Room (family suite) was big, with nice small balcony.

First-when we came the hotel did not have our reservation (booked months before on booking.com and confirmed). Luckily they eventually resolved it and we got our reserved room, but this has never happened to me and should not happen in such computerized systems..Hotel facilities seem and feel old and definitely not 4 stars-more like 3. The walls and ceiling are very thin, every movement in the room above us was very much felt. Also, the room was not as clean as it should be. In addition, the opened sofa bed was cracking like it's about to fall apart. Also, peculiar room design - especially the bathroom with hardly any light, and toilet seat located almost below the ceiling marble so you could hardly sit.
