Hi, the only positive on this hotel is the location. All the rest is very disappointing. The bathrooms are not clean, with oxidation on the bathtub. Ugly room and many things were broken. Overall it is not a 4 stars hotel.

My fiancee and I took a trip to Barcelona to celebrate our recent engagement. This hotel basically ruined the trip. The room was note ready when we arrived, it was very dirty, there were holes in the ceiling, disastrously tiny, the AC was weak at best.

A cama nao era de casal e sim duas de solteiro com um lencol de casal. A janela do quarto estava quebrada, a banheiro enferrrujada, o quarto cheirava esgoto e fomos muito mal atendidos! PESSIMO HOTEL.

Good location to La Rambla and other sites.
There were no plugs for the bathroom sink or bathtub. Two calls to the front desk did not help.
The hotel's location was awesome. Near plazas, public transportation and main areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Clean modern location
The location and it was a nice room.
The room had a very weird smell like mold.The toilet stopped flushing at one point.When we called for help they came up about an hour later but it started working again so there was nothing to do.In the middle of the night the toilet stopped working again
Location and price was great! Easy access to everything and centrally located. Staff seemed to definitely be trying to be accommodating to guests despite ownership and management downfalls on some maintenance and property issues. Overall, I was satisfied.
4 stars is a bit of a stretch as this property has no on property restaurant and there were some maintenance issues at the hotel. One elevator was not working properly, and hadn't been for awhile according to staff. Water leak at base of toilet.
Beautiful hotel and location was smack center of downtown.
We arrived from a cruise ship much earlier than anticipated. Around 0730am. The night clerk said he would make an exception and allow us to check in. Day clerk refused and made us sit there until 2pm. Extreme lack of customer service.
