Location is good, safe and quiet in the evening with supermarkets and café nearby. The room is quipped with a tiny kitchen which is super convenient.

Locations was excellent

No kettle, no tea, no spoon, no microwave, the fridge does not work properly, the AC is noisy, no interior door to isolate the room from the entry space (we were awaken by the neighbors at 6:00…)Parking nearby extremely expensive (58 euros for less than 36 hours…)

Staff, location, size and style of room were all exceptional, especially for the price.

Could have used more kitchen wear for the kitchenette.

24hr reception meant no stress about when we might be able to check in, or going out at night; staff were all extremely helpful and polite; room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Extra space with seating and coffee machine was such a nice bonus. Location is great!

Clean and spacious, with friendly staff. They gave us a free upgrade to a larger room, which was a very kind gesture, and also offered us a discount for our next booking at one of their hotels.Reasonable price.

Everything was in place, easy to use. Very nice seating area with 24/7 coffee and bottled water.

Front entrance immediately had 5 steps to walk up. It had a wheelchair lift if needed.

Good location but very noisy. On the 7th floor and kept awake both nights by a night club behind the hotel. Have stayed here before and it wasn’t a problem. The hotel know about the noise but didn’t tell us which was annoying!

Modern and very clean! Great shower and water pressure. Love the little kitchenette! Good fridge with a decent sized freezer. Able to use coffee pods in the coffee maker and heat water in the microwave for hot tees! Very close to the Metro Station.

No convenient parking to load and unload luggage! Some nights it could be a bit noisy outside in the late hours and early morning. Nothing some good ear plugs can’t fix.

The room was very clean, but it did have a musty odor that I suspect came from the shower. The young lady who was responsible for cleaning my room was amazing! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she seemed to be Filipina. She spoke perfectly in English and was always bright and cheery. I hope she gets promoted to the front desk! This is the 3rd time staying in this hotel, and I'll probably stay there again as I go to Barcelona yearly.

AC on the 7th floor could not overcome the heat (27-28c at midnight). We were moved to the 3rd floor as a result and solved the problem.

The staff were very nice, helpful and responsive. The very close and next building parking although it is relatively expensive but the hotel has a special rate.

The location was next to a very noisy nightclub with all young people screaming and fighting at night. Rooms are very small and tight compared to other hotels. Difficulty to park in front of the hotel to load and unload; we couldn’t park in front of the building when we reach to unload our luggage so we had to park in the next door parking building and drag all our luggage; no concierge to help with the luggage.

Great neighborhood-full of shops, apartment, restaurants, and very close to 2 metro stations.
